Personality

Hotaru gets confused easily and is not very good with names but when she meets someone she automaticly cosiders them as a freind even if that person dislikes her. If she figures out that someone dislikes her she will try her best to get that person to like her but if that dosrnt work she will get realy sad and depressed but then she instinly recovers when she meets someone new or when she sees something shiny. At first impression she might seem like a total spaz and dosent have an IQ over 80, but when someone gets to know her they will soon find out that she has a serious and complex mind that no one can figure out. She also may seem weak and petite at first but she is actualy realy strong. When she desides to do something she gives it her all and never gives up no matter what happens to her on the way.

Equipment

Hotaru will use any type of weapon available to her even though she might not be able to use it at all.
Though she does prefer to use the meatal rod that her uncle gave her

History

Hotaru was born into a strong family of sword weilders. Her father was the son of the head of the Izumi family, and her mother was just a random student at her fathers school which happend to be the one hotaru was going to go to in the future. Because her mother was not a sword weilder she was a disgrce to the family name, but hotarus father didnt care about that at all. When hotaru was born not only was her mother bulllied even more but so was hotaru. Hotaru was pushed past her limit when she trained with the weapons master of the family she had to do the things in training that no one else had to do at all in training. Later on her father died of a wound that was caused by a tough training session, leaving hotaru and her mother all alone it the torment of her family. soon after her father died hotaru's mother died of stress. leaving hotaru under the protection of her uncle. Hotarus uncle was the only one in the family who was kind to hotaru. He soon realized that she would never be accepted by the Izumi family, the most he could do was cut off all ties of the family that had to do with hotaru and himself and he took her far away from the main house that hotaru and him were staying at. for the next six years hotarus uncle took care of her the best he could, he even traind her in everything he knew about in fighting. It was soon time for her to go to high school so he decided to send her to the highschool that her parents went to.
