Description

Nation name: Zyrenian Alliance of Civil Socialists (ZACS)
Race(s): Humani - Human-like beings that are slightly stronger, more durable, faster, and live longer than humans, but very slightly.
Nation size: One

Government type: (Happy) Communist society

Important Government Figures: The Vickran, controller and leader of the system. He is a proud and merciful leader who graces his followers with good times of peace and prosperity.

Economy: A government controlled market. You must file a request if you wish to open a store. If there are enough of that type of store, you will be denied, along with a list of other businesses you could request if you wish to run one. There is no minimum age of working, but the maximum is 65. After that, you are relieved of your duties and can request a death by euthanasia. If not, you work in the house until you die.

Important Economic Leaders: Head of the Economy, known as the ECOL, Economics Centered Organization Leader.

Religions: None. In order to keep expanding their knowledge, they never stop and think, "I'm fine with not knowing everything."

Points of interest: They wish to learn as much as possible and hopefully spread their ideals to every being throughout the galaxy.

History: A group of refugees from a planet long destroyed landed on Zyrenia and began to start a quick civilization, using their past culture to hopefully make a better system. To their opinion, they succeeded and created ZACS. It started out strong and has yet to have a recession or depression, or even inflation. They have lived in prosperity under the Vickran (but that doesn't mean it'll stay that way).

Strengths (Non-Militarily): ZACS has an impressive economy for a system so small.
Their government keeps the peons happy at all times.

Weaknesses (Non-Militarily): When enough people get together, they start to form a rebellion, which is quelled quite difficultly.
They have little allies.

Hyper Tech: Stealth Suits: These suits allow recon teams to work quickly and cleanly. They measure the amount of light from all around and bend the light, making the soldier virtually invisible. If it touches too much water, it short circuits and can kill the wearer.
Nanobots: Each child is injected with life-long nanobots that keep them alive. They stimulate certain cells around an injury and allow the injury to heal about three times faster.
Music Stimulation: Each soldier is trained to act a certain way to certain music. For example, when hard rock is played, the soldier becomes very aggressive and angry. Whereas when soft, classical music is played, the soldier calms down and begins to think clearly and efficiently, even in the most stressful of times.
Desensitization: After a rigorous training exercise, each soldier is desensitized, using intense, nearly illegal forms of torture in order to prevent the soldier from pitying the man he's about to kill. They also loose the ability to feel minor injuries, from a scrape to a bullet/laser in the leg. The body still functions normally, just the nerves are dulled.

MILITARY:

Doctrine: Sniper warfare: A term used by the Vickran describing the abnormally large amount of snipers used by ZACS. For about every 10 soldiers, there is a sniper somewhere nearby, picking off your men who get too close or become too big of a threat.
CGW: CGW, or Civilized Guerrilla Warfare, is the use of guerrilla warfare in a cleaner and more thought out fashion, such as picking specific trees to climb and hide in and which enemies to pick off, instead of just at random. It comes in handy on hazardous campaigns.

Ships: Omega Assault/Recon Ship (OARS)
Supply Runner (SuRun)
Ground Assault Dropship (GAD)

Ship Class Name: OARS
Hull Size: Battlecruiser
Combat Designation: OARSs are used for space battles. They are quick(er than other ships), but aren't meant to take down a Frigate.
Weapons: Plasma Pulser - Uses intense plasma power to shoot a moderately-size beam from the side of the ship. It can be deadly if it hits an engine.
Laser Shotgun Turret - Manned by a soldier inside the Ship, it fires a buckshot of lasers that are deadly on any small single-manned ship that approaches.
Engines: Four on the back, each powered by Element 200, a common element on Zyrenia
Defenses: It has a moderate shield and armor, seeing as it's a multi-use ship.
Other: Is used to soften up air defences, allowing GADs and SuRuns to enter the system's atmosphere.

Ship Class Name: SuRun
Hull Size: Cruiser
Combat Designation: It has little to no use in combat.
Weapons: Laser turrets - Pretty self explanatory.
LMG (Laser Machine Gun) - Four in all. Machine guns that fire lasers at pretty fast speeds, but overheat easily.
Engines: Six-Eight depending upon the mission. Four in the back, the rest on the bottom. Element 200.
Defenses: Weak armor and shields.
Other: Carries supplies to annexes of soldiers.

Ship Class Name: GAD
Hull Size: Gunboat
Combat Designation: Provides good offence, but is mainly used to drop off soldiers.
Weapons: Laser Turrets - Again, self explanatory.
Ray Blast - A large, satellite shaped gun that fires focused blasts at ships. Can only be used once every ten-fifteen minutes, but it's very useful against certain ships.
Engines: Five. Two on the back, one on the bottom, and one on each side.
Defenses: Strong armor, but weak shields. Carries a small amount of one-manned cruisers inside that can be used to defend or attack with.
Other: Drops off soldiers into systems and annexes. Good for offence, but if lost, it costs the nation a bundle.

Ground Armies:


Ground Troops:
Vehicles: APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) - General vehicle used in most campaigns and terrains. Outfitted with either a machine gun or a rocket launcher, it can decimate enemies and allow safe transport of soldiers throughout the area.
Ground Light Transport (GLT) - Allows an easier and faster transportation throughout the terrain, but offers less protection. It's similar to a Jeep, just with another seat row for a machine gunner.
Ships: See above
Soldiers: St. War. - Quoted from Dead Rising by Jeff Rovin, it stands for Stealth Warrior. They use weapons similar to the M4A1 Carbine, but is quieter and has less range. They use the stealth suits (see above: Hyper Tech) and are some of the first soldiers on the battlefield, staking out locations for CGW and camps. They are some of the most elite soldiers to be offered. Image
Standard Rifleman - Uses a standard M4A1 Carbine with reasonable range, average clip size, and great multi-use. Their armor is somewhat heavy, using strong metals to help deflect lasers and get weakened by bullets only. Their helmet allows them to see through fog and mist, but needs regular cleaning in order to be fully effective. They carry several frag grenades along with a few smoke grenades. Image
Sniper - Using a modified Dragunov SVD, snipers are the primary soldier next to the rifleman. For every ten soldiers, there is one sniper. Using stealth and extreme accuracy, they sneak around and pick off enemy soldiers with ease. They carry C4 around in case something they find needs to be blown up. Image
