David Charleson's Story

David had been wandering around paris for quite some time trying to find some supplies but yet could not find a thing. all he had was his clothes and an Sword he had stolen from some collectors house.

He had gotten sick of walking when he finally heard voices.

He looked around the corner of the block to spot a female and male and a dog chatting.(Tara,James,Thor)

Being quite afraid due to them being armed and dangerous. he decides to stay there for a while and assess the situation. knowing that if he simply walked towards them he would be killed.

David walks forward after being spotted and sheathes his sword in a holster on his back. ''Nice dog you have there'' As he spoke a thick British accent could be heard.

''My name's David Charleson. Funny to find Americans here in France. as he reached the group he places his hand forward in order to shake the woman's hand. And your name might be?''

As this all was going on his mind was rushing with thoughts of danger and fear. Although he decided to just act normal and do what he believed to be socially normal.

Logan was intrigued at how there were others in this area.He sat there listening to Tara and David.James busts out of nowhere with,

"Well,I really must get going."

"I shouldn't leave my girlfriend alone back at the house."

"it certainly was a pleasure to meet you both,I hope you guys make it well."

James then turned and started off back towards his home.After about 10 minutes he returned back to his house,but not how he left it.There were 3 guys [non zombified] trying to break into his house,with a pile of zombies sitting next to them.James called out,

"HEY!"

"Get away from my house you buggards!"

The 3 guys turned and laughed at James.They started walking towards him.James had one thing to say.

"Well then,you gentlemen want to dance?"

'Bring it"

He then leaped towards them with his famous bloodied,aluminum bat.

''Well that was quite rude don't ya think?'' David told Tara. '' Should we follow? i mean its not that safe with all these zombies around''
David felt quite safe around this group. and knew it was his best bet at survival.

Tara,Thor,David continued to follow James and after a while find him fighting the group of men.

David saw the fighting and decided to join in and help his new friend.He charged up to one of the men and began his involvement in the fight with Stabbing one of the guys with his katana into the stumache. The man did not die instantly so he punched the man in the face and pulled out the blade and then stabbing the man once more sept this time in the heart.
An strange smile grew on davids face as he felt the adrenaline rush of battle.

David entered the house with Tara and James. When James asked about following David replied''It's a tough world and its safer in groups.'' he then thanked James for the rooms and walked in his room after James went up.

''Ah this place is quite nice considering the last real housing i had was a jail cell.'' he thought to himself and laid down on the bed. He picked up a small book he had been keeping in his pocket. ''Ah The art of war by Sun Tsu. Perhaps i now have some time to finish it'' He then began reading the book.

David stopped reading and got on his knees and began praying outloud. '' God if your there... please don't let me die... I know i haven't exactly been a perfect exhibit of a good person but...I've changed i'm no longer that heartless man who sinned back then.'' David pauses for a moment and sighs '' it seems I've found signs of actual human kindness here. This man let me sleep here in this guestroom without any reason to. Please protect him and the girl. Amen'' He stood up then and began remembering the days before getting arrested. Memories of those dark days that had him on the edge at all times. His friend had gotten killed. he had been fired which was the reason he took the trip to relax. He began wondering '' Am i truly different then i was then? I still feel the pain... I still feel the sorrow. I still feel the anger. He then walked out the room to look for James but instead found Tara looking out the window. he walked up beside her '' Everything alright you seem a bit depressed'' He said in quite a cheerful voice trying to not show how sad he truly was.

''Yeah i know what you mean. Things are quite hectic.'' He replied to Tara.

"We have shelter and those we can look to for a helping hand." David thought over what she had just said. ''Yeah we do.'' He took a look out the window as well to see how things were faring.

''But hey i need to go find that chap from earlier. Talk to ya later.'' He said before heading to search for James. he searched much of the first floor before remembering what he had said earlier and headed upstairs. He knocked on a closed door where he believed James was. ''Hey dude ya in there? i wish to speak to you for a bit.''
