History:
Amanda Jocelyn Clarkson was born to Derek Clarkson and Rose Clarkson on March 14th. She is the oldest of 2 siblings. She accepted her poor life and thought that all she needed was love. Her father worked at a market, selling foods while her mother stayed at home with her. Her mother began teaching Amanda how to read and write, since they couldn't afford to send her to school. Amanda and her mother were the only two in the family that knew how to read and write. Amanda looked up to her mother as a role-model. Her father wasn't really around while Amanda was growing up, so Amanda looked up to her mother. Around age 5, Amanda was a pro at reading and writing and she began working at her fathers market. She helped clean up and she sweeped the floors. It was around this time also that her mother became pregnant again with her younger brother, Dylan Clarkson, who is now 12 years old. Her father, once again, was never around at home so Amanda and her mother raised Dylan together. Dylan never learnt how to read and write like Amanda did though. Amanda still worked at her fathers market aswell. A few years later, when Amanda was 14 and Dylan was 9, their mother became pregnant again with her third child. However, this time, Their mother was very ill during pregnancy. When she gave birth to Amanda's and Dylan's little sister, Lucy Clarkson, who is now 3 years old, Rose died when she gave birth, leaving behind her husband, Amanda, Dylan and Lucy. Amanda now became the motherly figure to both Dylan and Lucy. Lucy especially since Amanda was the only mother she's ever known and had. She took care of them and fed them, often giving them all the food with nothing left for Amanda. But that was alright. One night, their father didn't come home from the market and Amanda grew worried. She went out to search for him on her own only to find him dead at the market. He was lying on the floor, lifeless. He had been shot in the head. Horrified by what she saw, Amanda ran home. She never told Dylan and Lucy what happened to father..Although, Dylan did know that father was missing. She never told him what happened though. Lucy never even noticed since she was so young. Now, Amanda, Dylan and Lucy live in a small house. The all rely on Amanda to keep them alive.
