Setting

Koagrad is, while smaller than most other Tertian nations, the most technologically outfitted one. With the most comfortable living facilities and defensive structures, Koagrad has taken the stance of universal diplomacy, promising uncensored and safe discourse between all parties, for a cut of any resolutions achieved on its grounds. The Koagrad peace talks are currently between representatives of all Tertian nations and are held to answer the question of "what do we do now, seeing as how we have just stranded Verdanus?"

The aide was caught off guard when he was directed to speak to this new person, this...General Berthold Gregor. "Uhm..well, Ambassador Jorm requests that we meet at 'The Seashell', a small coastal restaurant in Koagrad. The coordinates are being sent to your personal vessel now. He also recommends you wear civilian attire, as not to draw attention. I hope this doesn't cause problems?"

Meanwhile, Jorm was on the phone with three other ambassadors, confirming his arrangement with them, nodding with relief that they had kept th their agreement to vote for his proposition. After this, he waved off his aide that was on the phone and gestured he would be going to his personal quarters, not to be disturbed. He closed the doors tightly and locked them behind him.

"Whew.." Reiko breathed with relief. He shed off all his ambassador attire and stretched promptly afterwards, happy to be out of that thick garb. "So that's why politicians are always so messed up, their mind is already fried from the clothing they wear." He closed all his curtains and got himself a shower ready. Beforehand he walked to his sink and splashed some water on his face, staring at himself in the mirror.

"I love you, mother..."

"Unfortunately, I don't think it matters either way," Gregor said as he motioned for a few soldiers to prepare an aircraft. "You see, I'm quite recognisable anyway." After all, Gregor was quite infamous, in Verdanus and Tertius as well--he tended to draw attention either way. "I will be there shortly."

A few hours later, Gregor arrived at Koagrad, and made his way to the restaurant called 'The Seashell'. Gregor, of course, wouldn't be eating. He also felt quite safe--he had a pistol well concealed in his coat, and the walking stick he leaned on had a blade concealed in it as well. For now, he awaited Jorm and his delegation.

From an outside window, a suited man leaned against the building known as "The Seashell". The food there was exquisite, and that was not the only attraction here today. General Gregor of Eurova was currently present, waiting.

"Hmm hmm hmm." He mused, picking up the suitcase behind him and looking at his watch. He rose from the wall, turning into an alleyway. There the back door to the kitchens and the power box sat. As promised, it was left unscrewed, so he easily lifted the lid, and fixed a few wires to a small device. Replacing the lid, he picked up the suitcase and tipped the hat forward on his head, exiting the alleyway and making a left.

Moments later, the powerbox gave off a few sparks, and the lights within the Seashell began winking out. However, the behavior would seem a bit different. Slowly, it began blinking on and off in a simple morse code. "G.R.E.G.O.R."

"G.R.E.G.O.R." the lights winked again.

"B.R.U.T.U.S."

The lights went out, staying that way.
