Setting
Noir was founded by a gang that has long since been forgotten, but eventually was colonized by Vyrician explorers. Upon its discovery, many people moved here in hope of staring a new life. However, the town quickly became the hub of the biggest crime syndicates to ever exist in Vyricia. Many attempts to quell this town's illegal nature have ended in failure. The current Phoenixian refuses to waste further resources on this town, and has denied its existence as part of Vyricia.
