Setting
Taric is composed of four 'tiers', because it is built upon a series of cascading hills.
First Tier: The first - and largest - tier is known the market area, where the respectable weapons and armors are made by several families of smiths.
Second Tier: Known as the living district, the bulk of the rich families live in this area of the city. The clan arena is located here.
Third Tier: Home of the Magi guild and location of the main barracks/assembly ground.
Fourth Tier: The fourth tier is a Motte and Bailey castle, built entirely from wood and situated atop a steep hill, the only effective way of accessing this area is a to climb five hundred steps.
This town is privately owned and operated, and therefore subscribes to create its own laws, provided they don't infringe upon those made by the Phoenixian(s). This town has a population of about 3,000. Approximately 80% are part of clan Damel.
