The lady showing Edmund to the bar seemed so truthful when speaking. Once again, the tall brunette found himself on a road to a place he didn't quite understand. He had gone on the buss to get away from the heavy party being held that night, and hopefully a friend would let him stay the night. He'd fallen asleep in the warm buss, and was now sitting at this random bar drinking water, thinking about how his life had turned upside down after the fire. Having lost his house, his things - mostly -, and now staying at a place full of party maniacs and probably drug dealers, he didn't know where else to go.
Sighing into his glass of water he took another sip. Colors of blue, pink, green and other colors crossed his face in the dim party club light.

Alexis studied the patron drinking just water at her bar. He was not the usual spunky kind of person that came in usually.She wondered what had him down for she could smell the sadness on him. Walking over she tried to get his attention.
"You seem a little lost, my friend." She said to him as she wiped of a glass.

Tom walked into the bar dressed in a black suit. He carried a suitcase in his left hand and hat in his right white a sheathed blade on his back. He walked to the nearest open table and set his hat on the table and suitcase on the floor next to the table.

A lovely waitress walks up to Tom and hands him a menu and drinks list, "What can I get you? Or do you need a moment?"
Abbey steps off the train and onto the station platform, smoke coming out of the side of the train. She is wearing her usual black dress that has a hood on it. She has the hood up because she doesn't want people to see her face. She leaves the station and walks up the dirty road. The town doesn't have a nice first impression so far. Maybe it's not that bad?
Either way, she has no idea where the hotel is. Walking through the main streets, she finds the hotel she's looking for. It started raining a few minutes ago and it's heavy. Going inside, she looks around the main entrance not knowing who owned the hotel. It's nice: a colorful carpet and an oak desk with 2 plant pots with blue roses in them. Seemed rather fitting. She walks up to the main desk. "Uhh... Are there any jobs here?" Abbey asks.

"Go through that door way into the bar and ask for Alexis Rose," The lady at the front said motioning to towards a door where music could be heard along with people having a good time, "She's the boss and she is the one that hires and fires."
"Oh.. Ok thanks." Abbey says. Abbey goes through the door the lady motioned towards. The room was strange. Lots of different colored party lights everywhere. The bar is set up along the left wall away from the door attached to the hotel. The band is in the right back corner with tables spread about with people. Kind of crowded. Walking over to bar, she sits on a stool in front of the counter. "You seem lost, my friend." she hears next to her. She tilts her head awkwardly to see that she thankfully wasn't talking to her, but to a guy next to her. The girl had blonde hair, brown eyes and is talking to this guy with brown hair, brown eyes. Turning her head back to it's original position, she realizes that the lady in the other room said "Alexis ROSE". Is she related to this girl? Is her surname just a coincidence? She's never heard of her so Abbey assumes it's a coincidence. She continues to sit there patiently, hoping that this girl that lady was talking about is here.
Sighing to herself Alexis realizes she has another customer, "Can I help you, Miss?" The girl has her hood up and seems nervous.
tom waives the waitress on "no thank you all I want to know is if anyone is in need of a body guard and also I need a room if you don't mind" tom removes the sword from his bak and sits down scanning the room
Abbey ooks at the blonde girl blankly before realizing that she was asked a question. "What? Oh right. Is someone called Alexis Rose here?" Abbey says. Her instincts are telling her to leave now but she needs this job.
"A room is $50 a night, Sir, and you will need to visit the lady in the other room," She stated quickly motioning to the small door he had entered from and moved on her way.
Alexis looked the girl up and down, "That would be me and you are?" She asked setting the glass she had been wiping down.

Ronda looks up from her book as the man enters the room, "How may I help you, Sir?"
Ronda grins showing off her fangs, "Not currently," She said handing Tom the key to room 3, "If I hear something I will let you know."
Abbey looks up at the girl. "Oh. I'm Abbey. Uh... I found an advertisement for a job here in a newspaper. Are you still hiring?" Abbey asks.
"Well I guess it depends on what you call good at." Abbey says. She lets out a small smile but knitted it back into a straight face. "Although I've had this obsession to move everything that looks out of place to somewhere that doesn't look so awkward and I do basically all the housework when I'm at home..." she adds, seeming to get distracted by something she just thought of.
Smiling Alexis puts her hand on the Abbey's shoulder, "Just breath. Let's go back to my office and talk about it, sound good?"
