City of Steam Shiztazanitian

Shiztazanitian is a somewhat kind city, very little crime happens, and very little punishment needs to be admeasured. Though there are many Orphans that live in the city, but no one, even them go without food, each day everyone is fed enough to hold to their next meals, even the king doesn???t live in luxury. A river runs through the middle of the town and to the end of the castle, though a section of it splits off to create a large lake. Since they have access to the open ocean, they mainly rely on fishing and gathering fruits that grows within the water. The only technology is lights, due to the ability to use steam as an energy source, and it is considered black magic to the Nalnanima.
