Blake walked down the street hoping to get to the meeting place, the alley on third and fourth street before dark. Blake had to pretend he was asleep so his parents wouldn't find his true identity of a lycan. Blake saw a couple other "New Bloods" huddled by the entrance of the "Lair" waiting to be let in by an Elder, they must've been newer than Blake, he knew the pass to get in, the moon was about to come out and Blake hated what would happen if his transformation happened in public.
Blake walked through the group of new bloods and one yelled at him then backed away when Blake bared his his canine fangs he had gained from becoming a lycan. Blake walked to the door and howled into the mail slot, a similar howl replied then Blake growled like only a wolf or lycan could. The door swung open and Blake stepped in laughing at the other new bloods.

Akime was already in the meeting place. She was leaning back in a char her legs crossed and her head facing the ceiling her arms on the chair. "What a drag." She said as she waited for everyone. She could feel the darkness of night approaching and smiled a bit. Her eyes glowed as she waited for the darkness to descend on the land. She heard the door open and shifted her gaze. She saw Blake he too was 4 years younger then her and most likely one of the ones she would be alpha to she nodded at him.
Blake noticed Akime looking at him, he secretly wished that Akime would become his Alpha female when he was an elder, that is if he ever became an elder, most lycans only made it to 25 but never over 35. A short life expectancy for a so called extinct race. Blake looked at Akime "Hey wha...." Blake was cut off when the moon began to shine through the windows. "Finally!" blake said he was waiting for this moment, his tenth transformation, his tenth full moon since becoming a lycan. This would mark his "Awakening" the moment where a new blood became a equal member of the pack. Blake braced for the burst, the transformation was said to be painful and unbearable but that was only the first time. It was more of a tickling sensation all through his body, as Blake grew bigger he took on the features of a wolf standing on human legs covered in hair. The entire pack howled as Blake changed to congratulate him on his awakening. Blake let a toothy smile touch his face, If a new blood survived the first ten full moons he was a full member of the pack and no longer bossed around like a small child, yet the alpha was still above them.

Akime took off her clothes as to not ruin them and then shifted with ease. She howled in celebration to his changing. She hoped he survived this. It would be fun to have him in her pack. She looked at Blake "Survive this for me." She told him telepathically her British accent coming in thick as she spoke to him. She was full wolf not human in anyway. She had been a lycan sense she was 12.
Blake stood up fully his coat was grey with black and white dots. Blake looked around him and saw Akime and winked at her, she was somewhat his mentor in the pack. Blake walked over to her and nuzzled her with his snout to show her he thanked her, she did the same back. "Akime, What's up?" blake asked, though she was much older than him he felt as if they were brother and sister.
Akime smiled "Welcome to wolf hood, love." She congratulated him as she nuzzled him. "And nothing much, waiting on the other female." She said shaking her fur." Akim looked at the elder as he spoke the words she already was aware of. "You will be his alpha along with the other female Akime." She bowed to her superior. "As you command." She said to him. She winked at Blake.
Blake liked to hear that, he had wished that that would happen. Blake winked back to Akime. "Thank you Alpha." Blake said showing her his neck as a gesture of submissiveness. Blake looke at Akime "So how does that sound?" Blake asked Akime about the Alphas plan. "I don't know about the other girl though? I don't know her." Blake said nevously
Akime laughed "You and her will get along fine. I have met her. And as for the alpha plans I am not sure. My own alpha will arrive shortly to inform me of this." She said to him. Akime sat up and streched she looked at the elder the elder looked at her and nodded and she looked at Blake "Going hunting. Wish to join?" She asked.

"Depends? Human, then no anything else? Yes." Blake said sitting in a chair, some of the others frowned upon Blake for not hunting humans, but Blake thought it was completely wrong, he had killed the Lycan that attacked him in a rage because he hunted human for sport. Blake may be a Lycan but he is also a human.
Blake looked at Akime awaiting her answer and admiring her beauty, in human form and wolf form she was a magnificent sight. Blake tried to contain himself.

Akime looked at him she shared his views on not hunting humans. "I was thinking more of deer.." She said to him. Her golden eyes glowed at the thought of a good hunt.
"Lets go!" Blake said getting up and walking to the night entrance or the skylight of the building, the building was a large warehouse with carpet and alot of furniture and decorations, it had deer's antlers on the walls for some of the pack to show off their kills.Blake waited for Akime then he jumped on to a shelf 8 feet up and then another 6 feet to the skylight, he grabbed onto the ledge and pulled himself out. Blake looked at the night sky and smiled even when it wasn't a full moon and Blake wasn't a Lycan he loved the night. Blake waited for a couple seconds then Akime appeared out of the entrance to. Blake was happy, he was doing his favourite thing with his favourite person. he let out a howl looking to the nearby woods Akime joined into Blake's chorus with a howl of her own.
Akime laughed as she took off running to the nearby woods her eyes glowing gold as she ran. She saw a 12 point steer and tackled it with ease killing it instantly by biting into it's neck. Sh howled in celebration to her successful kill. And took it in her mouth. She was shift back to human when she got back and cook a meal for everyone. As a female chief it was somewhat of her job to make sure the pack had something to eat. She ran back to Blake the deer in her mouth. Your first kill as a full lycan. Don't settle for anything less then a 10 point and perfection. She told him. As his alpha he could not break her orders. It was impossible and that was something she did not wish to do. Order him around like some pup who didn't have a clue...like her alpha orders her around. Her words were not meant as a order it was a friendly suggestion. She waited as Blake went to find his kill.

Blake climbed up a tree and silently hopping from tree to tree finnaly came over the buck, he launched himself out of the tree and down on to the buck and with one swift swipe to the head the buck's neck was broken. Blake howled with glee, this one was bigger than Akime's. he ran back with the buck in his mouth and dropped it in front of the human Akime. she scratched him under the chin like a puppy. Blake turned back to human form behind a bush and slipped some sweats on. "What do you think of my kill?" he asked Akime. before she could answer Blake had an idea, he took out his phone and took a picture of the full moon, if his plan worked he would be able to go Lycan anytime he wanted, full moon or not. he turned back to Akime and waited for her answer.
Akime looked at him and smiled. "It's great." She replied. She was naked but truth was she really didn't care. All the wolves saw her like this. "Now pick them up so I can cook them for the rest of the pack please." She said to him. "I took a picture of the moon as well on my 10th turn. It works." She said and began walking back. She knew men would stare at her but in truth she didnt care.

She looked at them "Dinner!" She called out to them. They all cheered and ran to grab themselves a plate when they grabbed to much she would hit there hands with a spoon and tell them to leave some for there brothers. They would apologize and move on. When Blake came to get his plate she blushed and looked away which caused some of the others to smile and tease her. By calling out "Ow OOww!" to the both of them. She would blush and then tackle them and play fight with them to shut them up. At times she felt like the mother of the pack and at others she felt like the baby sister.

Blake ate happily watching Akime wrestle with some of their "Sisters" though they were only part of the same pack. "That was delicious." Blake said looking at Akime she smiled at him. he had only known her for a month now but still felt as if he understood everything about her and she him. Akime threw the antlers of the buck Blake had killed to him. Blake smiled and hung them on the wall above his favourite spot to sit.
Akime smiled and nodded then went back to wrestling her brothers. Her sisters had given up but the males were relentless. She smiled as they gave in. Her alpha showed up then "Black cat behave yourself!" He ordered her she jumped back away from the rest of them to obey his orders. "Yes sir." She said as she landed. She looked at him and he looked at her "I hoped when you became a alpha you would learn better control. I suppose I was wrong." He called to her. She looked down knowing she was in trouble. Her alpha looked at her "Common you need more training." He said to her. She undressed and shifted at the same time he did and followed him. "Common Iruka let the girl live a little." One of her fellow brothers told him. He snapped his jaws at him. "When you are my alpha then you can order me of how to fulfill my duties!" He said to him. The guy nodded and sighed. Iruka nodded and looked at Black cat. "Come." He ordered she followed him to the back of the building where dummies were placed. "Attack." He ordered. She nodded and attacked the dummies.
Blake followed Akime and one of the Male Alphas, Blake walked in the training room "Sir." Blake said to get the Alphas attention. "If I may? Why do we need to train? We don't fight." Blake said. The alpha looked at Blake snarling "You don't question a Alpha!" the alpha turned and transformed to wolf form he swatted at Blake but he dodged it and went beast himself.

Blake laughed "I guess I have my answer." Blake said walking toward Akime.

Iruka looked at Blake and snarled he looked at Akime "I trained her because somthing is coming. Our enemy is here. And if there here we have a war on our hands." He said to everyone and excited the room. Akime watched as he left. She followed him. He was the only father she had. Sure he treated hr like a half wit but he was good to her. Always. And he did it for her. She looked at him. You are my alpha. She said giving him his rank back. He looked at her. "Black cat your my girl. I do it for you." He said. She nodded "I know I'm not as naive as you think." She said nuzzling him. He nuzzled back. That boy cares alot about you. She nodded "and I him." She said. He chuckled. "He has matzy..I dont like matzy.." He said matter of factly as they entered the main room. She sighed and looked at blake she shifted back to her human self with and hugged him not caring she was naked. She kissed his cheek. "Thank you." She said. "You protected me even if i didnt need it." She replyed. The others yelled again in truimph "Ow Oow!"

Blake said turning back to a human his sweat pants were stretchy so they wouldn't come off or rip when he went Lycan so he wasn't naked. Blake put his hand out for the alpha to shake it, he took his hand in his paw and shook it firmly. "And what exactly is coming?" Blake asked. blake then noticed it was Ikura one of the main alpha Eragon's personal advisor Shit! I won a fight against one of the toughest hardest warriors in the pack! Blake said to himself alarmed.

Talking a whole bunch of non sense about needing a full blooded ancient female lycan. And seeing as Akime is the only female left in this tribe who is a full blooded ancient lycan I'm pretty sure they mean her." He said quietly so Akime wouldn't hear. Many of the females were not ancient or not full blood. Every one of Akime's ancestors were lycans. Which is what makes her a ancient. Her parent were both fully developed Lycans when they mated which made her full blood. She had no inpurity in her blood whatsoever. he looked at Akime with the pup and sighed.
