Description

Spencer is 5'11, 198. Not the tallest but he has broad shoulders and a strong base which makes him sturdy. His hair and eyes are brown like coffee with cream and he usually keeps his short brown hair spiked up. Spencer has been called good-looking, but he never has been a major hit with the ladies, so he considers himself average looking.

How old they appear He appears to be a few years younger then his actual age, he could pass for a 25 year old.
Eye Color Brown, like coffee with cream.
Glasses or contacts He doesn’t wear either as a prescription but he is known to where contacts that change his eye color on certain missions, and he almost always is wearing a pair of aviators.
Hair color length and style Spen has dark brown hair that is cut short and usually keeps it flat, but on occasion he will spike up the front.
Weight and height Spen isn’t extremely tall and stands 5’11 and ways 195, mostly muscle. Good physique.
Type of body (build) Spencer is stocky and built like a Running Back in Football.
Skin tone and type (i.e., harry, slimy, scaly, oily, fair, burns easily) Spencer is Caucasian, and he quite tan due to his life spent in the Middle East the past few years. His skin isn’t in bad condition though.
Distinguishing marks (dimples, moles, scars, birthmarks, etc.) Whenever Spencer smiles, he has prominent dimples on either side of his face. He has a faint scar on his chin, but it’s only noticeable if you are actually looking him over. His entire left arm is covered in a ‘tattoo sleeve’ of black tribal designs.
Predominant feature His most predominant feature is his entire left arm covered in tattoos which is shown quite often because he almost always wears a tank-top or nothing on his torso.
Is he healthy He spends most of his time actively; of course he is extremely healthy.
If not, why not? Or why are they healthy?  He is constantly on the move, doing things, and uses his Mountain Bike to move around a lot. He is in top shape.
Do they look healthy? Why/why not?  Yeah he looks healthy. The tone on his arms and legs shows quite often when he wears shorts and tank-tops. He looks like an athlete, but he’s much tougher then an athlete, he is a military man.


Personality:

Are they a daredevil or cautious?  Spencer is so reckless, that daredevils would call him crazy.

Do they act the same alone as when with someone?  Well yeah, doesn’t everyone?

Drinks Spencer doesn’t drink often, because he really doesn’t like alcohol, but he is victim of the occasional Pina Colada.
How much: Very few.
Greatest Strength Spencer is great liar, and has a knack of getting himself out of trouble by lying to people.
Greatest Weakness Women. Spencer is a sucker for beautiful women and often finds himself in bad situations because of this.
Biggest Vulnerability  Spencer is one of the heaviest sleepers you’ll ever meet, and he sleeps through anything.

Attitude:

Most at ease when  He feels safe, and people around him are in a good mood.

Most ill at ease when  Someone he knows, likes, or love is in danger.

Priorities  Freedom. People will say it’s the money that drives him, but they’d be wrong. Spencer wants to see those who do wrong be captured, and this will keep America safe.

How they think others preserve them: Spencer believes society probably sees him as a menace who goes around killing and capturing for money, but they’re all wrong!

How do they relate to others: Spencer is like an annoying younger brother for the most apart and people tend to get close to him quickly, or instantly sick of him.
How are they perceived by strangers: A Yank with too much money, vacationing in the wrong spot. (Often leads to someone trying to rob him, only to be knocked out and robbed of their own cash)
Friends: Many connections, only a few friends.
Wife/husband/lover: Though Spencer isn’t married, he’s had many love affairs during his career and has left many girls broken hearted.
What do people like most about this char: While many soldiers and Agents strive to take down terrorist and bad guys, Spencer is actually doing so.
What do they dislike most about them: He comes across as arrogant and nobody seems to get his sense of egotistical humor.

Equipment

Spencer owns and drives a white Jeep Cherokee which holds a lot of his equipment:

On the roof, usually tied down is a KONA King Kohuna Mountain Bike.
Inside on the back seat is a large backpacker's backpack filled with clothes.
Inside on the back seat is a duffle bag filled with $100s.
Inside in the glove compartment is an Silenced M9.
Inside hidden is a Silenced Barret .50 cal.

On him during a take-down would be something similar to this.

Two M9s inside chest holsters, a knife at his side in a hilt, a G36 silenced, and two frag grenades.

History

Spencer's lineage is traced back to Revolutionary War hero James Miller.
Spencer's Grandfather served in WWII.
His grandfather's brother served in WWII.
His Uncle served in Vietnam.
His Dad died in Vietnam.
His brother died in Operation Desert Storm.

The Miller family was the epitome of a military family, almost all males in the family tree had served at least one tour of duty, Spencer followed this tradition and joined the United States Army Rangers as a Sniper, an extremely skilled marksman who trained his skills while hunting the wildlife in Maine during Hunting Seasons. Spencer served 6 years in the Rangers and came through in many situations, but called it quits when his best friend and fellow Squad mates were killed by a radical Islamic terrorist in Kuwait. Knowing who the killer was, but without proof to legally kill the bastard, Spencer quit the Rangers but stayed in Kuwait, Privately killing members of terrorist organizations...word of his actions made CNN, Fox News, but they didn't know it was Spencer, only that someone was killing terrorist. Al Quada and Hataf both placed Bounties on Spencer, but without a face to kill, random people who fit Spencer's description were killed. Spencer later left Kuwait and traveled all over the Middle East, taking Private Offers to bring in war criminals, terrorist. He has done mulitple jobs for the United States Military, taking up jobs that our 'legally' out of their jurisdiction. Just when things are going well his life changed, Hataf, finding out his identity but not being able to find him personally, sent an assassin who killed his younger brother John, to get back at Spencer.

After hunting down the killer in Saudi Arabia, Spencer decided he could make a living as a Private Contractor. He has the skills, has the resources and connections, and other than that, he has nothing to lose.

Spencer has single-handed brought in 7 members of the Hataf to U.S. embassies all across the Middle East, the most notorious being Husayn Khalifa, the Iraqi Hataf Coordinator (the rest were just unimportant members). Spencer generally works alone, but has cooperated with fellow P.C.s, U.S. Military Agents on a few occasions and has a few ties in the C.I.A. and F.B.I. that he keeps in touch with.
