TessaCartner's Story

TessaCartner was throwing quite a fit as she was dragged towards the hold. Her hair was full of what looked like soot and her clothes were singed and smoldering, no doubt self inflicted in her efforts to evade capture. "Unhand me at once! My Aunt wont stand for this! Just you wait and see!" she threatened. Granted it was entirely unlikely Katarina would even notice her missing for a good week or two, or be perfectly happy if she did notice, but Tessa certainly was oblivious to that fact.
She promptly tried to conjure up a lightning bolt that resulted in Tessa crumpling the floor twitching as she electrocuted herself.

TessaCartner was tossed through the hatch still suffering muscle spasms from her backfired lightning bolt. But she quickly righted herself and rushed back to beat on the hatch door as it closed. "Let me out of here!" she yelled loudly kicking and striking it, though she blinked a touch finding herself a touch dizzy and before long she was crumpled to the floor slumped against the hatch door.
The setting changes from The hold of the Hinterlight to Wing City
TessaCartner hadn't shut up since she woke and was still yelling insults and threats at Drake. "You're going to be sorry Mister! Just you wait. I'll turn you into a toad! Or how about a fish!" she yelled indignantly at her situation. She had since earlier managed to shock herself twice more and detonate a fireball in her own hands and for now had decided to stop trying to free herself.
Unfortunately that hasn't stopped her from talking. "And when I get out of here I'll turn all your goons into tadpoles!" she yelled quite loudly.

TessaCartner was coming to her senses, and decided to keep her mouth shut for the moment. Though she did blurt out. "Jackass." before clamping it shut again.
TessaCartner blinked at the soldier. "Oh hi. I'm tessa!" she blurted out suddenly reverting to her usual excitable self. "I'm a mage!" she said cheerfully.
TessaCartner was watching everything utterly wide-eyed. The sudden bust of the place left her a touch in shock as the auction had rapidly deteriorated into gunfire. As she snapped out of her shock she began working quite furiously to get herself free as she tried to heat the chains up to melt through them with fire.
Unfortunately she forgot that heating metal up while it's in contact with your skin isn't the soundest of ideas and let out a loud yelp of pain and ceased that attempt.

TessaCartner yelled excitedly, "Thanks miss!" as the chains broke, and promptly took the advice as she took cover behind a crate with Rebecca. "Hi! I'm Tessa!" she exclaimed as she covered her ears and kept low.
TessaCartner moved her hands from her ears as she yelled out loudly at Drake from behind her crate. "Serves you right you jerk! I hope you rot in jail!".
