He has a laid back attitude around the experiments feeling that if they are more comfortable with him he would get better results. He isn’t a fan of open violence he instead prefers to do things the easy way tricking the experiments or just putting them to sleep avoiding unnecessary arguments.
He has a messy attitude to how he looks as you can often find him with a cigarette in his spare time.

Joseph had five honour degrees in science as he was what you would consider to be a ‘wiz’ kid at a young age with his brilliance. However his laid back and non-forward attitude often meant people underestimated him.
He got asked to join fate because they noticed his brilliance, he thought he couldn’t really refuse after reading the letter they sent him but he also grinned when he received it feeling that something interesting could come out of it.
