Bio Derren grew up in an orphaned after his parents were murdered when he was two. He has no memory of them or the murder, so he believes that his parents abandoned him to grow up alone. He never interacted with the other orphans and just stayed in a corner alone. On group outings, he'd wander off from the group rather then spend time with the others, and when asked to play he'd always decline.

Once when he wandered off, he couldn't find his way back and got lost I the city of London. He didn't mind, as he always wanted to be on his own. He never went to school and barely left the abandoned house in which he had been living in. People would see him wandering the streets and never approached him. He stole from local stores and clothing stands, which got him sent to juvy quiet a few times. He had no care for others, so be didn't mind who in wronged in order to survive.

He was alone all his life, living on the streets and fighting for survival. He's never had anyone to help him, yet at times he wonders what if there was someone to lean on...

So begins...

The city of Arcadia glistened with sunlight. It would be easiest to compare it to New York or Los Angeles, but it was a fairly new city, so it was unlike others with the same population. It was not unusual for entire families to move to Arcadia at a time. In it's one year of function, Arcadia had already become a major city in the United States. Anyone could see why. It boasted a coast lined with large hotels and amusement parks everywhere. If someone combined every popular city in the United States, it wouldn't even begin to compare to Arcadia.
Seven o'clock. Not an unlikely time for people to be up and about. One girl followed this rule of the weekday. She was getting ready for school, checking her texts, doing everything a normal girl would do. However, Avalon Delta was far from being a "normal girl". If someone had seen her bend over her bed to grab her notebook, they would've seen a small key dangling from around Avalon's neck. Most people didn't know what the key was actually for, but she knew very well what it was for. When she straightened up, she tucked it back under her shirt, glancing around anxiously.
She placed her notebook in her blue messenger bag the moment her phone rang. She picked it up, answering the call. "Hey, mom. No, everything's going great. Didn't Tori start school today?" she paused before laughing softly. "That's great. Look, I gotta go. I'm showing around the foreign exchange students today. I'll call you back later. M'kay? Love you, bye!"
When she hung up, she placed the phone in her pocket, letting out a small sigh. She slung her bag over her shoulder, walking out of her dorm room. As she walked to Arcadia Academy's main building, she chuckled a bit. Exchange students weren't unusual in the Academy.
It took a few minutes for her to get to the office and when she did, she looked at the ten new students in front of her. She sighed, her shoulders slumping. This was going to be a long day.

Eiko walked to school silently, a small smile on her face and her pink pigtails swinging behind her. She was to start a new school, and though this was not Japan and did not require uniforms, she still wore her school uniform from her old school, consisting of a white short sleeve shirt with a large red bow, and a purple skirt, along with a pair of brown loafers and knee soaks. And of course, her necklace containing her axe charm hanging from her neck, tucked into her shirt for...security reasons.

She may had just moved here from Tokyo, but her english was pretty good. It was a nice day today, the sun bouncing off her hair and shoulders, her red eyes shimmering dramatically in the light. A cool breeze blew her hair back keeping it out of her petite pale face. Her house wasn't far from school, so she walked.

She walked into the office of her new school, ignoring the stares of people who were curious as to why she chose such a strange outfit, but she didn't care about them. They all just worthless lives to her, capable of being ended at any time.

A short boy with white hair and, just like her, a school uniform walked up beside her, smiling. He looked about her age. The boy introduced himself as 'Leo'. He was cute, Eiko thought, and certainly one of the few (if only) people ever to actually talk to her. And he had an Italian accent, which Eiko couldn't help but blush at.

"Hello, I'm Eiko. Nice to meet you too. Are you new too?" She spoke in her Asian accent.

Derren's black hair fell into his dark eyes has he walk to school in the shadows the trees gave off. His hands her stuffed in the pockets of his old faded jeans.

People walked passes him, either not noticing of caring of the man walking alone in the shadows. He got a few stares from people, probably thinking he was part of a gang. He was used to it. It happened a lot.

His home was a way back from the school, but he still choose to walk due to the amount of people on the subway. He's severely claustrophobic, and would have a breakdown when in enclosure spaces. He liked walking, so that what he'd do.

The school was big to him, as he'd never actually gone to school. People were everywhere, yet he went unnoticed. He's always been alone in the world. Why stop now?

He sighed, reaching into his pocket and taking out a pocket watch. It had no clock, though inside held a small moon charm with red blood dripping off the side. The charm was his only company. And that's the way it would always be.

Marcus Lorde never actually imagined that he would ever attend school in a city, much less the newest flourishing city. So far, Arcadia seemed much more hospitable than most places he had traveled to, but it was still too early to judge a book by its cover. Despite being born in England, he had been raised as a farm boy. However, no one could tell that by simply looking at him. He dressed like most teenagers with the small exception of the geode necklace swinging back and forth with his movements. It glinted in the sunlight as he walked to the academy's main building.

With a small hum, Marcus climbed the stairs into the office, only to discover that he was probably the only person that hadn't arrived yet. He walked off the the side just as the principal, at least he assumed it was the principal, walked in. She seemed like a very professional woman, with her hair in a bun and a manilla folder tucked under her arm.

She smiled warmly at the new arrivals. "Welcome to Arcadia Academy. I'm Principal Shire. If you have any questions, you can ask me or your guide, who should be here momentarily. Girls, she is in the dorms, so don't feel awkward if you have any questions. Boys, you have a dorm head, who was unfortunately out last night and this morning, but should be back today. Anyways," she opened the folder and started sorting through it. "Here are your schedules. Let's start from the top: Derren Akumu, Thanos Callis, Roman Dmitriev, Moa Eden, Scarlet Harris, Marcus Lorde-"

Marcus watched the others step forward until he heard his name. He walked up and grabbed his schedule, glancing over the piece of paper. The classes seemed relatively normal. They were ones he picked, after all. The principal was about to say something else when a girl entered the room. Marcus assumed she was either a late newcomer or their guide. She looked over the crowd and her confidence seemed to slump. Before he knew it, her smile was back on her face, "Good morning, everyone. My name is Avalon Delta and I'll be your guide today."

She repeated herself in several different languages, not even stumbling once over the foreign words. Impressive. Marcus thought.

"Hello, I'm Eiko. Nice to meet you too. Are you new too?", Leo grinned over at the girl, spinning round to grab her hands in delight as he heard her Asian accent. "Eiko! Thats such a pretty name! I am new, and so are you, right? I love you accent, it's so cute! Let's be friend, kay.", Leo was bouncing about in his usual high speed and childlike fashion as he spoke to Eiko, not really noticing that the office had begun to fill up and a women was reading off names until he heard his.

"Here!", He said smiling, moving towards the women to get his schedule and grabbing Eiko's in the process before moving back to the girl and handing it over, "Here, here! I hope we get in some classes together!", he grinned happily. The soft noise of an object hitting the group pulled his attention as he noticed his erratic movements had caused his pencil to come loose and fall. Bending down, he grabbed it up and began to spin it between his fingers as he turned his attention to the girl who said she was their guide.

He turned his gaze to glance around the room, pencil still being spun between fingers without focus as he did so. Most appeared to be older then himself and he felt a small twinge of worry before it was brushed away by all the colors filling the room. It was only know that he had his pencil in hand that he was starting to see the artistic potential filling the room and his hand was already itching to start sketching, painting or even sculpting, anything to let his creativity flow.

He physically had to force himself to stop his hands movement when he felt them try to reach for the worm and almost filled, leather sketch book that he always carried with him. He couldn't do that here, he had to wait till he was alone before he could start drawing just in case he had any more... Accidents? He wasn't sure what to call them, all the strange things that had started happening to him ever since he had found that old pencil he now held twirling.

His eyes paused briefly over someone who seemed to be hiding but he couldn't really make them out from the crowd of people surrounding them so he decided to turn his attention back to Eiko and stop worrying so much despite the now gnawing curiosity in his stomach.

"So, what have you got first? Maybe we will be lucking and share our first class.", he smiled towards Eiko, drawing his attention back towards her from the crowd surrounding them.

Avalon brushed a stray strand of hair behind her ear, her eyes scanning over the crowd. It seemed like she had gone unnoticed for the most art, or maybe they assumed that she was another new student. With a silent sigh, Avalon cleared her throat, "Good morning, everyone. My name is Avalon Delta and I'll be your guide today," she repeated the statement in Russian, Greek, Italian, and Japanese, just to make sure everyone could understand her. "First off, I would like to welcome you to Arcadia Academy. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have."

Suddenly, a the charm under her shirt started burning, She winced slightly before pulling it out. Not now... Luckily for her, the charm cooled down. She dropped against her chest, her "guide" smile returning. "We should get moving now," she said. "The classes aren't going to wait on us. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in whatever language you are comfortable with."

Once again, she repeated it in the other languages. She looked at Principal Shire, "I think I can handle it from her."

Shire smiled, "Of course. Let me know if you need anything."

Avalon nodded and turned back to the students. "Let's move, people!" she walked over to the door and held it open for all of them, "We don't have all day!"
