Appearance: Ifyan is short and stocky, not standing higher than 5'4. He is bald, and his scalp is covered with the puckered burns scars.He wears a standard Valhallen uniform with a fur-trimmed leather jacket over the top. He carries an ornate chain-sword and a plasma pistol.

Bio: Ifyan grew up during a time of unrest on Valhalla. reports of sightings of Orks out on the tundra and the growing civil unrest forced him into the guard. After a few years of training he mustered out as a captain as part of the Valhallen contingent bound for Armageddon. During his time in battle there, his ingrained hate for Orks grew to almost fanatical proportions. After distinguishing himself in combat and gaining his trademark scar from a burna wielding ork, he was promoted to Major and the regiment fought alongside the 501st in the Damoclese gulf, distinquishing themselves again in the storming of Dal'yth and action upon the orbital stations. However, the regiments commanding officer was killed during a kroot assult on 324th command post. Newly promoted to Colonel, Ifyan requested that the regiment be reassigned to a backwater, where they could recouperate from the losses sustained in the Damoclese Gulf.
Unfortunatly this world happend to be Xandermar. The 324th was pinned down in the flatland around Ceris by orbital fire, but has managed to form a strong point near the city, providing expert strike raids for the imperial liberators.

The 324th is a infantery regiment that specializes is street fighting and ship-to-ship combat. composed of around 2000 men divided up into 10 comapines of 200 men each. Each company is divided into 5 platoons of 40 men each. The regiment utilieses flamers and sniper rifles as their special weapons, with the occasional plasma gun in speciallist squads. For armour support the valhallens have 20 helhound tanks and a dozen Leman Russ Exterminator tanks.
