Personality

Relations & Friends: As an orphan, Sean grew up in an apartment of a girl, who was about five years older than him, which he met in Cork, Ireland. When he turned eighteen and saved enough money, Sean decided to move to the states, where he began a life for himself.

Talents/Special Abilities: Sean is not afraid of using his powers, even near humans, and since he discovered them he has worked hard to try and develop them. He recognizes the importance of keeping his secret but doesn't mind cooling down his drink when necessary. His tell is a slight nod of his head.

Personality Traits: Sean is a quiet boy. He distances himself from others and he likes to hide his emotions. Once he is comfortable with someone, they find that he is a warm hearted, caring individual. In his relationships Sean is the submissive one. Sean is a strong willed and somewhat stubborn boy with no problem being insubordinate, but recognizes the perfect time for it. He is very independent due to being on his own since he was young.

Awareness: When Sean met the musician, he was unaware of what he was. That changed. Over the time he stayed with, and studied under the old man, Sean learned to play the bass, learned about demonology, and eventually of the existance of other races.

History

History: Sean was borne into a well off middle class family. His “father” owned a profitable pub in a tourist area of Cork. His mother stayed at home all day and took care of her two sons, Sean and Connor. Connor was Sean’s younger brother borne two years after him. Connor only lived to five years old. Enter Samhain, October 31st. Sean and Connor were sleeping soundly in their rooms. There was a bad storm outside, and the winds were keeping Sean up. Sean smelled smoke, and thinking that his parents were still up and tending the fire, he eventually fell asleep. Sean remembers his dream, as he does the rest of that night. He remembers a nightmare, falling into the bonfire in the middle of the pit of their Halloween celebration. It was never real, and it never happened to him but it bothered him nonetheless. Sean usually woke up as he started to fall, but that night was different. Sean fell like usual but this time he hit the fire. Pain seared up his body where he landed on the floor, on his right side. Sean blacked out at that point. He awoke to feel the drizzle of the rain on his face and managed to cough before becoming unconscious again. He stayed in an automated stupor at that point. Even after running away from his foster home at the age of twelve and living on the streets, he remained in that state. While in the streets he met a girl who was renting an apartment. She was very pretty and self sufficient, and she pitied Sean. She raised Sean till after he was eighteen, and the two found themselves in love. Coming home from grocery shopping, she was struck and killed by a car on the corner of the block she and Sean lived on. Sean noticed and tried to drown himself in their washtub. It froze before he had time to immerse himself in it. Sean moved to the United States after that. On the east coast he met an older musician and learned to play the bass from him. But this tutor also helped Sean harness his powers, the man himself being a Gelo. After a year and a half with him, the man passed away, leaving his bass guitar to Sean. Sean moved out west, hoping to leave the painful memories behind.
