Powers:
Ethan has the ability to manipulate weather, much like storm from the x-men, but his power focuses mainly on the electric charge of the weather. He is most in his element when a violent thunderstorm is near and he can hold the electricity of a thunderbolt in a gauntlet he wears on his right hand. He can create tornado's but he is inexperienced so they tend to be unstable and dissipate easily.
Weaknesses:
Ethan can be hurt by the energy of the storms around him just like anyone else, he is especially vulnerable to flying debris when he is creating a tornado because he must be in the center of the storm to focus the energy necessary.Without his gauntlets that focus his powers Ethan is unable to hold electricity in his hands and has a much harder time maintaining the concentration necessary to manipulate the energy.
