Personality

Dante is one of those people you wouldn't want to meet in an ally at night. He's a very opinionated person, and will use violence to get his point across. He seems to be quite arrogant and in his head he thinks he can get away with anything but most of the time he can't. He sees humans more as 'pawns' then actual people. He won't really listen to what anyone else says unless he has too, and always thinks he is right. When he sets his mind to things he doesn't give up and especially when it comes to getting other people to do work for him. When you first meet him he comes across as reserved and closed but it's really just because he doesn't care whether people know him or not. Because his power, he tends not to get too close to people unless he wants to use them for something. He has a very addictive personality, once he settles on something he doesn't really let go unless he has to.

Equipment

Dante has the power to temporarily take other peoples powers for his own just by touching them, this also inflicts a great amount of pain and if he does it for long enough, their soul is ripped from their body. He finds this fairly easy, but sees it more as something to play with more then a power. He sometimes touches people accidentally but still finds it funny that they're shocked when he does. He never really 'loses' control of his power unless he's tired and he forgets.

History

For most people, when they hear Dante's story they think of it as tragic, but in reality it's only tragic if you're his parent's. The relationship between Dante and his parents was always a little... Difficult. They wanted him to amount to great things and he didn't want to. No one at school liked him either, they all saw him as the cocky kid that was so stuck up he needed to be beaten up in order to be sorted out. He was never really sure what he wanted to do, and suffered from really bad panic attacks. He hated his home life, and he hated school. It pretty much made his life a living hell. He liked it when he was in town, on his own, it meant he could go anywhere without worrying about people making fun out of him for it. There was one night, Dante just refuses to remember at all. It was when he was on a school trip to Scotland, but not even the people he considers friends do.

Dante's powers came in soon after this. He discovered it when he his mother tried to make him tidy his bedroom and he refused. She grabbed him by the wrist but the screamed in pain and let go. He didn't quite understand what was going on at the time so he tried to help her back up again. But as he helped her up, she screamed in pain again. It took him a while to figure it out but when he did he felt so good. He decided to try it out on his mother, he came home from school one day and grabbed hold of her shoulder. He didn't let go, and eventually she dropped to the floor; no longer breathing. He felt so good, it was a bit like he was drunk. He did the same to his father, he figured they deserved it after everything they had done to him. After that he went round school, to and that was how he got discovered as a mutant. He got sent to XSFGY.
