Around the west part of the river is the Zmeya Clan's Territory. Thieves and raiders from the clan prey on innocent travelers. The only thing distinguishing Zmeya clan from bandits physically is the markings painted on their faces. The main difference between the Zmeya and the Bandits roaming the waste, however, is the Zmeya won't kill you.
The territory itself is mostly the west river and certain parts of the city on the opposite side of the Kievakaya station by the river.
