"Don't be scared." Jonathan said.
"My dad says that people aren't supposed to be up here." The boy said.
"Well, what are you doing up here then?" Jonathan asked amused.
The boy and girl looked at eachother.
"Don't worry, I won't tell." Jonathan said, laughing a little at himself.
"Why are you even up here?" the boy asked.
"I had to rest a little." Jonathan answered.
"Wouldn't it be better to sleep in a bed?"
"It sure would..."
"Why don't you then sleep in a bed."
" . . . I got a long way home, that's why."
"Oh..." the boy said, looking at his feet.
Jonathan sat staring at the childrenn, the silence between them growing by the second.

"My mom says that you got to pay rents to stay somewhere. So we'd like you to pay rent." She said, looking for support at the boy, who just woggled a little with his head.
"What if I said I didn't have any money." Jonathan asked.
"Then we want you to give us something else." the girl said.
"What about some sweets?" Jonathan asked, smiling inwardly.
The boy stepped forward, prepared to take the candy offer.
"No." the girl said. "I got lots of candy. I want a story." she said with great confidence.

"Why, you sure know what's something worth.." he said.
The girl lit up in a smile. "Yay! Story!" she exclaimed. The boy on the other hand looked at her, totally confused. Women!

The childrenn sat down in front of Jonathan.
"Ok. This is the story, of an angel. The angel had been fighting the powers of darkness, and had been gravely hurt.
But a beautiful young came to his rescue, she took him to the other angels.
You see, the demons he'd been fighting had cut off his wings. So he couldn't fly himself.
When the arrived, one of the angels closed the wounds of the angel, but they couldn't give him a new set of wings.
But he could never help the other angels fight again. and he was very sad about that.
He used many hours, wandering about doing nothing, for he'd lost his dearest possesion: his wings.
Then one night, as he lay and looked at the stars, he got an idea. He'd build wings out of stars, and magic.
So he began creating small stars, because angels can do that. and he got the angel woman who'd saved him to make magical thread.
And he worked tirelessly. Both night and day he worked, and at last his wings where done.
But evil was out that day, and when the young angeless should've been home, none came.
Many angels became worried, for she was one of the best healers in all of heaven.
Some went out to search, and they found out, that a demon had killed her."
"No!" the girl exclaimed.

And the angel was very sad, for his only real friend was now dead.
But with his new wings, he could again help his fellow angels.
And the day today, he's still seeking out some way avenge the angeless death." Jonathan ended, feeling a part of a heavy burden lift off.
"But it's not good to be mad all the time." the girl said.
"Well, sometimes you really get hurt..." Jonathan tried to explain.

Jaden broke into a wide grin, feeling excitement bubbling in his stomach. He nodded enthusiastically at Ami, his thoughts from earlier returning without the distraction of his sister's safety to cast them away. I'll be stronger than anybody. I'll kick both those stupid guys' butts. he thought, turning his brown eyes up to face Ami. "Alright, Ami, I'm ready. What exactly can I do?" He squeezed his fist and concentrated on the shadow under the tree. It moved and squirmed a little, like a dark blob of jell-o that had just been poked at, but didn't do much else. "Is this all? Please say I can do more than just jiggle a little patch of shadow."

Kemi looked confused for a moment. If Gabriel and that other woman where both demons? He should be happy that shes here right? "If you guys are both demons, then why are you so worried?" She thought that something was up. It was up to her to find out the deeper meaning of this situation. "Can you please take me to Jonathan. I don't have that great of sense like you do."

There was a faint call from the door on the other end of the roof.
The girl rose. "Mom's calling, I got to go." she said smiling.
The boy rose to, not as happy for a story as the girl was.
As the boy turned around, Jonathan tapped him on the shoulder.
He looked at Jonathan quizzically.
Jonthan reached into his pocket, conjured a piece of chocolate, and then took it out of his pocket.
"But first after dinnner, right?" Jonthan said, looking accusingly at the boy.
"Right!" he said, grabbing the chocolate. The boys face lightened up.

Kemi let out a little squeak as she felt her body leave the ground. It was scary at first then it was fun. It felt like she had done the same thing before. "Thanks!" She said as they landed by Jonathan. "Oh! And no fighting right now okay? I don't feel like healing anyone." She didn't move to much cause she was scared of heights, but she wasn't scared of flying. She didn't know why, but she looked at Jonathan and he seemed to be sleeping. "I'll take a brake and let him sleep. And don't you have something of his?" She caste a smile at Gabriel as she referred to Jonathan's toe. It was absolutely nasty to her but whatever. Kemi sat down putting one leg on top the other. She had a skirt on so it would be rude to sit there in any other way. "Wait I was flying and I had a skirt on! Great!" She spoke to herself embarrassed at the thought.

"Okay, the first thing you have to do is clear your mind completely, thoughts about your sister and everything that has happened today. Think about everything that makes you angry, think about your father and about how he left you and your sister alone, this is the first step. Your powers are fueled by your inner rage. Think about it for a moment, then try and create a shadow replica of yourself."

Jaden did as Ami asked. He was never very good at concentrating too hard on something, but he shrugged and figured he'd give it a try. After bringing back the thoughts from earlier, he felt his chest rise in anger and his fists clench tightly. It was hard, but he tried to concentrate on transferring that emotional anger into the power he felt bubbling up inside his gut and through his hands. Finally, when he felt like he couldn't continue on anymore like that, he opened his eyes and let out a breath.
Glancing in front of him, he blinked dumbly at the figure standing there, matching his height exactly. The person reflected an almost exact image of him, with minor, hardly noticeable physical differences. The replica's skin-tone was a touch tanner, his black hair even darker, and instead of blue, the eyes were a swirling mass of black. Glancing around, Jaden noticed the replica had no shadow--but of course, it was made of shadow, so why would it? It sort of unnerved him, like looking in a creepy mirror at some freak show. The replica was exactly like him, but had a large smirk on his face that made Jaden uncomfortable. He was a replica. He was heartless. He was a shadow of Jaden's own self.

Kemi had a slight smile as she was excited to know more about her powers. Maybe she could bring someone back to life? Or she could heal and not even touch them. She was determined to push her power to the fullest. If healing was the only thing she could do she wanted to make sure that she did well. "Yeah tomorrow would be best I'm a little tired right now." She smiled at him as she walked away. She took the stairs this time not wanting to fly anymore. It was dangerous for her to walk out at night, but she didn't care no one was going to hurt her. She was sure of it. She walked through the streets thinking about Jonathan. He seemed...off for some reason. But she figured that if he wanted to he would tell her on his on accord. Kemi finally made it to her car and she hopped in and drove home. When she got there she tossed her stuff on the bed, and slipped on some pajamas and laid in her bed. She went to sleep with excitement of training the next day.

after a while he landed almost in front a giant luxuary hotel and saw a guest walk out. he then shifed into looking like the guest and walked in.
''mr. Reins, you are back early.'' the hotel manager said.
''yeah i decided to go back and get some sleep.'' Gabriel said.
he took the keys and entered the room.
he laid down in the bed and fell asleep.

Kemi woke up with the sunlight shinning in her eyes. She rolled out of bed and went to take a shower. With her hair still slightly wet she went downstairs to eat something. That something was only an apple and some orange juice, but oh well. It was a beautiful day out, so Kemi decided to go out in the backyard and sit on a hammock in the corner of the yard. It was in a shaded area so the sun wasn't too brutal on her skin. She took a bite of her apple then opened up a book. She began to read then thought for a moment. "Where is Jaden?"

Kemi smiled at Jonathan then laughed at him a little. "I'm sorry but I don't think I do anymore. If you want before we start we can get something if you want?" She didn't really know that much about angels and demons, but it looks like they eat normal food. She laughed to herself at the thought, but quickly stood up. "Hey Gabriel knowing that you are on the other side, shouldn't you know be with my brother and that other girl. I'm not saying that you need to leave or anything, but it's like you could be spying on my progress." She was trying to be as nice and polite as possible.
