Areas on the MapBench Stations: Benches are state of the art quick modification systems that utilize power nodes to augment equipment and weaponry. You just plug the weapon in, or you yourself strap into the station, and the augments are made and the power node is expended. You can only level up at a bench station.

Speed areas on a map: Usually represent breaks or falls.
Strength areas on a map: Usually represent locked or somewhat broken doors that are jammed.
Intelligence areas on a map: Usually represent a terminal used to open wherever the terminal is linked to.
Awareness areas on a map: Usually represent subtle things that may only be noticed by someone with a high enough awareness
Different internal Design Patterns on a map represent different areas, as in upstairs or downstairs. Color doesn't have anything to do with area location.
Space ShipsThe USG Atlanta is a destroyer scale vessel that stretches several football field lengths. Its design is primarily straight.
The USG Bloodstone is a city scale vessel that can be equivocated to several New York City diameters. Its design is circular in nature, though the inside is complex.
Healing: Players skilled in the area of healing apply their healing through a program that allows them to interface with a suit, either theirs or another player's. When the grade med pack and recipient is determined, the bars on that member's health status will rise accordingly. For ease of use, the interface program is usually regulated to the gauntlet.
