History:

During the Trantor Fleet Engagement with the 9th Fleet commanded by The Crimson Knights, an ethereal ship designated Xelas had been granted permission to literally absorb and outright assimilate any and all existing technologies that the Trantor Flagship had to offer, remaining in a temporary stasis aboard one of the ships many storage compartments.

Once the war began to fall into the existential level, the Xelas was undergoing immense stress due to near 100% power output it had reached, delving into an artificial wormhole created by Magnus (The man who commands the ship) focusing on finding new ways of producing more power than ever before, coupled with constant tampering and interferences launched by members of the Crimson Knights (Machine Messiah piloted by Atomsk) and The Black Angel (Piloted by Iliana) effectively inducing massive amounts of instabilites within Xelas.

The results were quasars erupting back through the wormholes, along with portions of a Planetary Fleet which strangely enough didn't actually exist in either the primary universe where the war first kicked off or Magnus new artificially created universe. Pieces of Xelas split off, and were forcibly amalgamating gathered weapons from the Trantor Ship, battle data, miniature weapons, intaking crew-member profiles and personalities, etc.

All these pieces of technology became a piece of Tage's anatomy.

Detailed description:

Tage's anatomical constructure is extremely consistent with that of a mechanized anthropomorphic dragon, composed of titanium alloys often used for flight cruisers, coupled with an array of silver particles, giving him a very well emphasized platinum colored sheen. His wings are composed of a fabricated combined on a cellular level with silver, allowing him to use energy currents of both positive and negative, often times both in unison, utilizing it like an artificial updraft in the midsts of powerful explosions released by laser impacts or immense shockwaves that may occur within air-stream.

In order to maintain a steady balance along with controlling his flight pattern, the Dual Quantum Engines located near the occipital lobe with amplify the negative charge of titanium or the positive of silver, ensuring a steady balance, and little turbulence.

Scarlet optical units situated at the head of course have a variety of functions, utilizing two lenses containing tiny microscopic mirrors, constantly reflecting off one another to clarify the image. To increase his visual perspective, his serrated eyelids will often times narrow, projecting holographic infared lights, allowing him to obtain a thermal read on the levels of heat in terms percentages, threat levels, along with organic life-forms. Another process of similar nature occurs here as well, projecting a neutral charge directly in front of the pupil, remaining at 50% and will either drop if there is a high percentage of negative electrical energy in the area or rise dependent on the level of positive protonic energy in the air. Simply put, it works like a balancing scale.

Tage's Dual Quantum Engines coupled with the leylines that stretch out from his waist pull in an abundance of existing particles ranging from neutrons in the air to radiation emissions from a microwave or simple toaster, compressing this energy through magnetic rings. The force of the blast is usually enough to level two city blocks, igniting the air around it for an additional ninety feet.

His metallic claws are of detatching themselves from the majority of the fingers, extending out to a range of one hundred twenty feet in length, capable of sending electric through powerful cables acting like a sort of extension for the leylines to travel through.

At the elbow, a secondary slide will shoot back and narrow for about three feet, extending outwards to an additional ten when it strikes an enemy. This is utilized more as a physical weapon than anything else.

Mounted internally on the radius bones, are machine guns that burst out capable of firing off .80 calibur rounds.

On the opposite side of the forearm (ulna) is an internally mounted taser that bursts out, extending to five feet, capable of adjusting and extending out miniature plates as a means of plugging into massive computers and hacking whatever data they may contain.

The bottoms of his feet open up in a cylindrical manner, releasing a JP 7 fuel, LOX (Liquid Oxygen) hyper-compressed into a nitrogen state, then released for an added boost. This same fuel is used on the wings for when there is no energy present in the air for it to soar on.

Missiles pop out from atop and behind the shoulders, where as miniature rockets are fire from the shins.
