Memories, memories remind us of the most important things in life and are things we hold close to heart and cherish for all eternity.

Memories, we pass on to our offspring to carry on the stories of ages past, the tragedies, the romance, the journies and we teach the new generation to avoid repeat mistakes of the old generation.

These are the memories of the individuals who changed our world.

The Highlands of Wohl, a valley that seperates Khent and Uhra, the two forces have been at contension for many moons and eventually the die was cast.

Khent moved its forces into the highlands and established a frontline to repel the coming Uhran forces "Men, fight like this is your last day on Earth, fight like there is no tomorrow, RAAAAA!!!!" The general rallied his men, little did he know that this would be their last day on Earth.

A loud mechanical noise approached from the south, the Uhran forces in their magic engine driven cars powered towards the battlefront. Arriving, a fleet of Uhran soldiers poured out and rushed at the Khent forces, straight into their demise.

The Khent eliminated the strike force quickly and forced the Uhrans to establish revival towers, the mages at the top working as hard as they could to provide the magic energy for revival. Uhran troops rose to their feet again and continued the assault eventually breaking the frontlines and pushing Khent to bring out their secret weapon, the Hammer Tank, armed with two flame launching units on the left and right and a giant beam with a spiked tip, which is lifted and dropped on the foe beneath it.

The Uhran in a losing situation called in a group of mercenaries, these mercenaries were special, they were immortal but they never knew it.

This day would never be forgotten, this day would forever scar the world and the hearts of its people.

The sounds of battle were blown through the open windows of the Revival Tower as another blast echoed from afar. Along with the stench of blood and burned flesh, it mingled with the groans of wounded soldiers in the sick bay.

Imjaret was starting to feel the threads of weariness wind about her muscles. Her sinewy hands were shaking. Nevertheless, she kept her head up with a profile that was as regal as a crane and as fierce as a leopard. By the light of the setting sun, she looked like a warrior, like she should be out there fighting instead of in the sick bay healing the wounded.

For a moment her heart stopped. A flaming comet rushed past her window like a living heat wave with a loud WOOMPH. The air shimmered. The ground shuddered. For a second, the tower swayed and an eerie silence befell the sick bay as its occupants--the wounded, the mages--held their breaths.

It was only for a split second. Then she turned back to her ward. He was a quivering lump of bleeding, raw flesh. It was a surprise he hadn't died in the field.

"We're losing, healer. Just let me die so I won't have to live to see my family sold into slavery."

"Don't be a coward, soldier!"

But he fell limp in her hands before she could summon a healing spell. His skin was already patching up as she put her hands on him, but the damage had already been done.

A slash of white spread across Imjaret's ebony face as she grimaced. She pulled herself away from the dead man.

"Who's next?" Her knuckles curled palely around her mage's magic rod as her eyes took in the tableau, teeming with her exhausted fellow healers, the wounded, the dying, endless.
