It is set. World War III is set to begin. this country attacked that, and now the United states has entered. But what other countries dont know is that this world war is not quite a free-for-all. the US and Japan have set aside differances for the sake of technology and intelligence. They have started and finished the biggest Long-Range Ballistic Missile(IRBM) in less than three weeks. this missile has a blast radius of roughly the size of Europe, and an estimated Fallout Radius of Half the globe. But due to blood-lust and corrupt government officials, the project was accepted into the military's available nuclear weapons, regardless of the fact that it has the potential to destroy the entire planet. This weapon has been named the Ballistic Launchable Oversea Bomb, or BLOB.

Axis: Britain, Russia, China, North Korea

Observer: Citizen or Soldier acting as bystanders in a Space station orbiting the Earth. Can Relay info down to either side. Representitives from every country are aboard and some countries have sent soldiers aboard as protection for ther representitive, thus meaning that some countries have more people aboard than others. As time goes by the station gets further and further away from earth making it harder to comunicate, as it is on a mission to colonize a new planet found in the Adromeda Galexy. The planet has been named Neo-Eden and it is estimated to take 107 years to get there once the hyperspace boosters have been activated.
