Paige sighed as she glanced out the window of her father's truck, moving at the correct speed limit to her new home. Her mother died last week, so she was sent to live with her father, in the tiny town of Forks, Washington. Paige glanced over at her father, Mathew. "Are we almost there?" Paige asked Mathew. He nodded. "In about five more minutes." He said and Paige nodded.
Mathew and Paige weren't really that close, like most father/daughters were. The last time she had seen him was on her 13th birthday, now she was 17, approching 18 every day. Paige sighed once again and glanced out the window. Forks was certainly a small, rainy, closed up town.
Five minutes later, they were at the familiar small, two story brick house. Paige got out and walked behind the car. Mathew opened the trunk and grabbed two of her bags, leaving her with getting just one.
She than followed him inside.
