Even if a T1 character managed to get 10 preps behind a punch, logically, he'd never damage a demigod. The prep system would disagree however. If that punch lands, it should be absolutely devastating. You'll have contention here, because logically a punch from a normal human won't do any more damage...

If you want to prove it's too broad, come up with two characters that fit into what you believe is the lowest and highest end of the same tier, and post it in the thread for us to debate over. Bow dude (with just that super special bow, assuming it's regular arrows and they infinitely replenish) Vs Sirius' second iteration of Stoneskin.

Or really any type of armor hard enough to stop arrows from doing anything.

They'd both be T3 and the bow dude doesn't have a chance. Ever.

Claire's strategy would have worked a lot better on pretty much any charachter other then Patch's or Asperger's.
