This would most likely be set at the powered level. One tier up from where MB is at right now. Those 7 moves would be your full move set for the entire tournament. It's Mild powers, and the reason there's a difference at the moment is because Barney hasn't had a chance to go over all the profiles.

Anyone who has the word "General" or "control of X" in their profile really needs to define its maximum potential.

Otherwise we're going to have a lot of problems with upper boundry segregation.
