Yes, if two happen to be touching it at once. The chances of that happening aren't great. If you're stabbed with a CF item, for example, being able to use its ability within that instant probably won't be very helpful.

If your characters are in control of them both, it works for me. My main concern was different members both arguing over a certain one.
