Re: Another Way

Fine by me. Jin isn't just going to stand by and let himself get captured, though - at least not without some powerful rhetoric. :P

Re: Another Way

I figured Jin would go first. I just have some stuff to get through before I post.

Re: Another Way

I didn't assume that's where this is going. Sotaro has no benders with him, only scouts, and conservation of ninjutsu is on my side. Maybe we can parlay. :P

I'm fine with that too, though, although I'd like all of this to get me in contact with the avatar and friends in the end.

Re: Another Way

Jin could have been dragging corpses around for some time before he was discovered, and even if Sotaro spots him from some distance away, I'm sure eel hounds can easily catch up with a man on foot. That's only one possibility, though, and I'm fine either way.

Re: Another Way

Well, I had my character cause a bit of a ruckus in the army camp after an indeterminate amount of time. If anyone feels so inclined, the chase would not be very hard to notice, what with soldiers yelling and running around with torches and what not. Sotaro could very well run him down on his eel ho...

Re: Another Way

Hello, and thanks for accepting my character. It felt a little awkward, sending it in with no other communication at all, but I wasn't sure how it'd be received if I posted here without even being in the game. Didn't even check to see if it was possible. It looks like this game is off to a good star...

Re: Big Advanced literate Medieval Fantasy rp

Actually, I've decided after a bit of rumination that you and I will probably not work well together. I don't think this game is what I originally thought, so I'm going to withdraw my interest. Best of luck, though.

Re: Big Advanced literate Medieval Fantasy rp

Personally, I don't really see what these dragon-people bring to the game. They're bigger and stronger than orcs, better smiths than anyone, have fire breath and probably a couple more superpowers you haven't mentioned yet - what makes them interesting or useful to the story? Being a threat hardly c...

Re: Big Advanced literate Medieval Fantasy rp

This seems like a great idea on so many levels. I'd love a game like this, assuming everyone involved can come to an understanding about the level of individual power that should be possessed by the characters. I humbly offer to play the king. In all these years, I've never had a chance to overtax t...

Re: Post-Apocalyptic Fantasy Idea

Maybe. What level of power were you imagining the protagonists having?

Fair, though people may feel unfairly treated if you don't finish your own profile before starting the game.

Hmm, that still seems like a lot to me, but alright. Looking forward to see your character finished, so we know who our intrepid leader is.

Re: Unbroken Road

Wouldn't that lead to unwieldy amounts of characters, if you're going to accept that many?

Re: Unbroken Road

Interesting. I have to ask about the pre-defined party roles there - is this game intended to be very heavy on combat or something?

I'd like to reserve the bard in the meantime.
