Well, i wouldn't mind Briar encountering Belial, though it will be as enemies, as your character is messing with what he wants now. Briar'll most likely lose, but sure, why not?

Nah, just make your character and submit it. the OP'll review your character and you'd be good to go, not much time passed in-story so you won't have a problem fitting your character in.
