Well, I don't know then, because I really didn't understand a word you said there. So, maybe it would be easier just to come up with a simpler way? Perhaps they have been modified so they always have the abilities at any time? It would clear up any confusion caused by this system.

We could always have Sheffer be one of the more experianced; I was planning that anyway. You'd just have to give me a bit more detail on what his capabilities would be. But if you don't want to go that route, I understand.
