Possibly a little bit of each.

There arew some rather unpleasant things lurking around in Snowbird tha'tll be revealed in time, though it's also considering how the people are likely to interact and deal with each other as things turn bad.

One thing regarding the Balthaxar characte,r the history and classification are alittle mixed up.

If a character is turned by a vampire, they're a pseudovampire.

If they were born as one, they're a vampire.

Yeah, you do put thier age as a vampire, as all vampires tend to stop aging at thier physical peak, so usually in thier twenties, and will get old, but not appear and older than that.
