Aralia turned off the music, and untangled her streamers. She had sharpened the top and dabbed red paint around it, to fit in with the Macabre theme of the circus. That was also why she got so wild and barbaric with her dancing. Retying the lace around her legs, she grabbed her streamers and ran out.
"Is it time yet?" She asked, still nervous.

"Almost,"Maria replied as she peered out of the shadowed curtains and watched people file in,most looked like they were part of the circus themselves but there were one or two who stood out like sore thumbs.SHe watched as the lights dimmed and dark haunting music began to play and finally Migule Pablo,their ring master rose out of the floor.

Aralia felt herself break out in a nervous sweat. Her act would be soon. Turning away from the audience, she ran outside to puke. When she was done, she still felt nervous, but she returned to the side of the stage, running over her routine in her head.

Aralia ran towards Maria, and pulled at her arm. She was small for her age, so she was about the size of a ten year old.
"Maria, I don't think I can do this,"

"Don't be silly.Of course you can you'll he all the fire dancers and acrobats with you and a good trick is that if you make a mistake then make it look like part of the dance ok?" Maria always did her best to make everyone feel batter,"You'll regret it if you don't do it."

Aralia took a few deep breaths to calm herself.
"Ok. I'm still not sure, but I'll try."

Eliza stretched herself out behind the tent, enjoying the calm she got away from the others. She had to be mentally as well as physically prepared when performing the aerial silks. It was her passion, but it could be a dangerous one if she didn't concentrate on what she was doing.

She moved through the backstage, finding her way past the other excited performers. Eliza found a place behind the curtain and peered through, noticing a few others had the same idea.

"Another packed night, no? Should be fun," she whispered to no one in paticular.

Her gaze moved upwards towards the ceiling of the tent where her silks dangled, waiting for her to dance with them. She sighed heavily, but placed on a small smile. Her silks were her loves.

"Yeah..Iron maiden it is" Said Errebus, winking at Maria, he was still in the process of training her in the dark arts, but mafic was a long and painstaking process-however, even if the stunt did go wrong-and it was one of the more dangerous ones. He walked up behind Maria and put a hand on her shoulder.."Wanna play it safe tonight or take a chance?" He smiled at her, hopefully his message was loud and clear-he'd use his actual magic to make her temporarilly invunerable.

Aralia looked worridly at Maria. She'd seen the Iron Maiden done before, and she thought she was a bit stupid for taking a risk, and she would have said something but it was the first intermission, and she had to go out and dance until the rest of the acts were ready. Picking up her streamers, she made sure she looked ok, before walking out to the middle of the ring and starting her dance. She stayed stock still with her arms in the air for the introduction, before starting the swift violent moves.

"......Ok then, if you say so.." Errebus licked his lips-he did'nt think it was a good idea to do it like this, but-it was her life.
He watched Aralia dance, smiling slightly as the young woman spun around with her streamers, the music thumping away in the background.

Aralia finsihed her dance, and smiled at the audience, before walking calmly backstage.
"Oh my God, that was the most nerve-wracking experience I've ever had. Plus, they all thouhgt I was ten! Stupid stunted growth." She dropped her streamers and wiped her forehead, which was dripping with sweat.
"I'd shower, but I still have to go on with the rest of the acrobats." She preferred it when it was just her at intermission. She had more freedom to move.

She turned and shouted,"BELLA!!!"

Aralia walked away from the rest so she could calm down again. She was over-excited and when she got like that, she messed things up.

Errebus nodded slowly, and with a flourish of his wide black cape with a blood red inside cover-and then he strode out into the main arena, waving his hands in greetings..he smiled-it was fake, but the humans were to far away to notice.
He waited for Maria and Bella before doing anything else-they should be right behind him.

Maria creeped out of the shadows and slinked slowly to Errebus's side.

Bella followed on stage gracefully sliding in on the opposite side of Errebus, her heart rattled around inside her small chest and she repeated , 'everything will be okay, you can trust Errebus' over and over in her head, she could hear Maria breathing on the other side of her, she felt she had to reassure her in some way, so leant forward ever so slightly and winked at her, it was a small gesture, but it made her feel better all the same, she waited patiently for Errebus to continue with the act...

Errebus smiled to himself as Bella and Maria came to stand on either side of him..
He began thhe show with a somewhat light heart-pulling rabbits from hats and what not-some of the fake magic tinted with actual sorcerry.
Soon enough, he came to his main act-the Iron Maiden.

He stood aside as the prop technician rolled an actual Iron-Maiden into the arena..it was a large Iron coffin-like container, it's interior lined with 4-6 in long spikes. He motioned for Maria, since she was the more experienced of the two, to get into the monsterous device-he closed his eyes and took a deep breath as he opened the Maiden.

Maria skipped forward and slowly entered the Maiden,crossing her arms across her chest like a mummy.
