Everyone in the world fallen in love, everyone goes through heart breaks and sorrow due to that love.
But, at times people are destined for each other, no matter how much they make each other suffer.
Such people are called Destined Lovers, tangled together by the red string of fate.
People who can't separate from each other no matter what.
No matter how much they make each other suffer, cry, bleed, love, they always come back to each other.

The man committed suicide due to losing the love of his life, his soul mate.
The women in the other hand felt guilty for his death and even though she wasn't with him at the time, felt it happen.
Their string had reattached just before the man killed himself but it was already to late for the women to go to him...
Now due to this event, this women created Destiny -the Lovers- secret program that helps stop cases like she went through.
Every year, when ever a baby is born they go through a test called D.C.U. and if that baby get a positive, they are sent to a private estate.
Not right away of course, but after they turn sixteen years old.
(Those diagnosed are always pairs, one maybe diagnosed a certain month then another but they never know who's destined with who)
Their parents are informed a head of time and they know, if they parents refuse well then, theirs nothing they can do.
Many don't believe in the Destined Lovers Theory, which was written by the very women who lost her lover and was proven scientifically.

The secret estate is a summer home, in a small island near Japan where the teenagers will be sent but told nothing, they would just think this was a summer get away gift from their parents. And during their stay they are supervised secretly but then in certain times they are left alone so they can go on about like teenagers.
But teenagers sometimes get suspicious and begin to question.
But then at times they don't and well Teenage stuff happens, end of story.
The teens only stay at the estate for two months then get sent back home, where they will face more challenges of the real world.
