Somewhere off-shore of Haven is an island that houses an entire abandoned weapon facility, which is now used every now and then to dismantle discarded weapons. It's seen no other use for a while.

The fake Y soon realizes that it's close to bursting. Sprinting back from the onslaught of attacks, it enters a liquid state again, this time morphing into a replica of Nikolai. In this state, the fake Nikolai used Mirror Coat, bounding the projectiles back at their casters.
Nikolai hurls up a Light Screen, absorbing the blasts as they come at him, while Terrus transforms into Nikolai and mimics the real one. Dr. Y and John take cover behind the Light Screen, and the former pulls out his cell phone.
"Now's not the time!" said John.
"Now's the perfect time," said Dr. Y, dialing Nikolai.
The thing about calling Nikolai is that he doesn't really have a phone number - it's more like a radio frequency. And if anyone were to call that frequency, Nikolai would freeze up until the call was over or timed out. The same went for anyone mimicking Nikolai's form - in order for them to successfully do that, they'd have to mimic his frequency, too. So as Dr. Y called Nikolai, he and Terrus were paralyzed - and hopefully the shapeshifter would be as well.
"Now's not the time!" said John.

As the fake Nikolai is locked up, Dr. Y calmly walks up to it and puts a shotgun right at its eye.
"Dodge this," said Dr. Y.

Dr. Y hangs up, freeing Nikolai and Terrus. The latter transforms back to normal as Dr. Y and John holster their weapons.
"Wot was that?" asked Patches.

John is silent for a few seconds. Then...
"It's not safe here any more," said John. "We need to hurry somewhere else."
"We get a boat from the shipyards here and head for Coronach," said Dr. Y. "We'll find allies to the cause there."
And so the White Platoon members headed out for the shipyards, the lights going out as they passed...

Cole, Rita, and Tempo reached Arsenal Cove with Andy and Kaia. They looked around standing at the edge of the ruined site.
Tempo whistled and said, "This place got totaled. What happened here?"
"Guess that's what we're here to find out," Cole said. "Okay, let's spread out and try to find anything important. If you find something, just yell out."
After that, Cole started walking in towards the ruins.

Andy and Kaia, having already arrived, took a moment to survey the area.
"This place...they called it Hierophant once, didn't they?" Andy asked.
"Once, yes," Kaia answered. "Then, eight years ago, it was destroyed. So far, no one knows who did it."

Tempo went skating off in a different direction from Cole, looking for any clues as to where the Minils came from, while Rita, for the moment, stuck with Andy and Kaia.

As Cole was searching a part of the area, he came across what looked like a stairwell leading into the basement.
"Hey guys! I found a staircase!" He yelled to get the others' attention.
"Sounds like Cole got a lead." Rita said walking over. Tempo heard him as well and went to him as well.

Cole pulled a small flashlight out of his pocket and shined it down the stairwell to try to get an idea of what it was like down there. "If it hasn't been kept up in so long, I dunno how sturdy this place still is," Cole said. "We'd better be careful."
"So, who wants to head in first?" Tempo said, looking at the stairs then at the rest of the group.

If this was a junkyard and all of this stuff was thrown out, then surely no one would mind if she took some of this stuff for herself. They should be down the first flight of stairs, the first basement floor in view. Kaia used her psychokinesis to move some wreckage out of the way. It looks like this floor was once used for designing devices. The only few devices left around here are either unfinished or simple - ones that thieves with a hard-on for tech might not be that interested in.
Cole shined his flashlight around to get a better look at the room. "Looks like some kinda old design room." Cole said to himself as he looked around.
"Old is right. This place is the pits," Rita said, picking up one of the devices to get a better look at it before tossing it back on the table she found it at, not happy with what she saw. "I don't think we're gonna find much here. Let's keep moving."
