Blues, the greatest genre of music to be played on street corners and in clubs everywhere. Without blues, a lot of music today wouldn't exist, the power of music is shown; breaking down racial barriers and inspiring people everywhere to come together through music.


Back when a time when racism was large, a small music scene was showing it's head. It was new and wild, older generations despised it. When the white man looks at the creators of this new genre, they realize something, they're all part of a race that not many people have taken notice of before.



Before Rock n Roll or Rockabilly came about in the 50's blues was king. The likes of Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf and Bo Diddley flooded the radios and record shops all around. The music brought hope to the young generation who grew up with times of war and despair.


You will play a musician in the year 1948. and you are trying to make your way in life trying to make your music big. You all come from different places different backgrounds and all have different stories.

You all wind up in Chicago, doing whatever you can to make a living. Some find it harder than others,but theres a man who has seen an opening, he can see the music has potential and wants to somehow get the music out there. But the main problem is, the racial division between him, and the people making the music.

He forms a small club with the little money he has, and it runs only on weekends, it's not very big and the majority of visitors are from the community who make the music. He hopes that he can turn the small club into something bigger one day but for now, he has to face criticism from his own race...

You form your own bands together, some stay solo, some form bands, you may not all like each other, you may fight between each other,

Are you a guitar player, double bass? Harmonica? Drums? singer? Your weapon of choice is up to you, how you use it, is another thing. If you have a message and want to get it out there your best bet is through the power of music to make people sit up and listen to you.
