Vers
Vers stared at them for a bit after Dicro accepted his request.
"Hell yeah! I thought that was going to be declined, but I don't really care," he said, taking a seat on one of the conveniently-placed couches.
"All this merriment aside, you should be somewhat glad I'm here. I'll be adding a little "kaboom" to all the ass-kicking that we'll be doing. But first, I'll need a workshop."
---Durnam---
Well, he sure as hell was lucky that he wasn't whacked by that baseball bat. He slowly averted his gaze to Elia, dΓ©jΓ vu hitting him yet another time.
Damn. If my troops ever heard about this, I'd die of embarrassment. Goddamn tin can ruining my attempt at scouting.
"A pleasure to meet you, Elia, not to mention that I definitely owe you a favor," he replied, sighing in gratitude. He turned back to Seraye and took a step back; "I only came here because I was looking for a place where I could stay; one that wasn't such a large target as Castle Oress. So I found this place. Look, I'll do just about anything, but just let me stay here."
Something doesn't add up. First of all, I was testing out the TK1987 combat suit when I passed out, yet I woke up with this goddamn tin can on. Then, I come to this store, and everything seems so damn familiar. I'll need to find out more. Sorry, Vers, but your workshop's going to have to wait.
