Are you a naughty little boy or girl?

Threatening a child with the naughty step or no treats is in the past since the N.C.S came into existance.
A company that has spread across the world like a disease in the last 10 years popping up in every city.
A society that takes care of...Naughty Children.
The government approved the N.C.S 10 years ago to this day and through popular vote agreed that by law
the N.C.S had the legal rights to remove a badly behaved child from its home and guardians custody to a facility that 'dealt' with them.

First to go were the obvious rebels who caused schools, parents and the public authorities unnecessary strife.
Squads were sent round to collect the children in black vans and the individuals were handled into the vehicles
like aggressive dogs needing to be put down.

Next were the children who rebelled against the N.C.S and campaigned to have their legal rights abolished.
They were rounded up by police and handed over to the N.C.S.

Since then any child could be next. The adult world became swallowed within the comings and goings of the N.C.S.
Funds were given to the Company like funds might be given to the NHS. Sensors were placed within schools and public places
to sought out misbehaving children. Help-lines put up for bitter or desperate parents. Posters, flyers, television adverts flock
the world to remind them that the N.C.S is always there.

10 years to this day you've managed to remain out of the grasp of the N.C.S...but no more.

Characters:
~~Young boy~~ Age: N/A [Already captured by the N.C.S and willing to help the youths once they're captured]

~~Young girl~~ Age:5-6 [Captured by the N.C.S for a temper-tantrum]

Young girl Age:9-12 [Captured for third strike when misbehaving]

Young Boy Age:9-13 [Captured for extreme misbehaviour]

RESERVED Young Boy Age:8-11 [Captured for misbehaviour that wasn't his fault]

Information:

The cut off age for the N.C.S is 16 however we will be playing slightly younger characters to give a more artful edge to the roleplay.
You will have to think like a youth when writing and this will also give a greater fear factor to the rp as things appear far more frightening to a child.

The N.C.S have various ways of capturing children. It's up to you which way to chose to be capture but the choices are here below:

Helicopters: This helicopter has a high fear factor. It travels around in the day time on weekends and travels around at night time on week days.
With a large spotlight it seeks out misbehaving children whether they've set off a sensor or have been caught out at the wrong time.
The helicopter has a long, bonic arm that shoots down and snags the child with a claw.
(claws like the ones on the teddy machines at arcades. Except this claw manages to keep ahold of what it catches)

Squad Vans: The most common form of capture is from a squad van. A black van occupied by 5 N.C.S officers not including the driver. They respond to sensors near their stations.

Silent Squad: These are the stealth captures. Sent out when its important to cause least distress to the public.
If it's a violent/aggressive case of misbehaviour they may be used to supress the child in the quickest way possible
without causing too much havoc in the process. It's a 'take 'em by surprise' method. They may use guns that shoot out nets or traquilisers.

The N.C.S have conjured factories over time in some cities that produced pies. A growing favourite.

The N.C.S have never given a location for their facilities where they take children on the basis that parents and
family members may try to interfere.

Something suspicious is going on with the N.C.S.
Why don't children ever return to society after being with the N.C.S?
Where do the N.C.S take you and more pressingly...what do they do to you?

Four children thrown together by fate are about to find out.

Should be detailed as there aren't many things you need to fill in. Real images are desired.

Description

Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
