Long ago there were many men and women of humans, númenóreans (Like humans just with longer life spans), elves, and fairies that lived and fought beside dragons. Among them were a selected few of 16 (8 men 8 women) called the Dragon Council. They were the reincarnations of dragons that had come to pass. The men and women were entrusted with not only their titles but their powers as well. They have all but died till a time when peace is threated shale they return. They have all been reincarnated in to new forms to try and save the world once again from an evil force that is trying to take over all the dragon powers and the world.

The Council of Old: (The reincarnation of these people does not have to be in the same gender. Lady can be a male and vice versa)

Warrior of the Dragons- Can only weld the Legendary Twin Dragon Sword

Protector of the Warrior- Can use Healing magic but cannot bring back the dead.

Lord of the Shadows-Always calm and brings Shadow to either cover his/her enemies or themselves. (TAKEN)

Lord of Fire- Can use fire magic as an offensive attack and set things aflame.

Lady of Earth-Known as Mistress of the Rose due to the Legendary Rose Whip as her hand and my let plants grow 100 times faster than normal.

Mistress of the Air- Can control all the winds to their hand. Offence and defensive attacks but cannot hold up to earth attacks. (TAKEN)

Mistress of the Sea- Can control all sorts of water even sweat but cannot control the water in living beings. Can also use the Water Blade which can cut through almost any kind of magic.

Lady of the Sun- Can bring light to even the darkest of times in either wisdom or in pure sun light (TAKEN)

Lord of the Moon- Is ever changing. Their mood depends on how the moon is that night. Can disappear and reappear when they wish.

Master of War- Love to fight. Master of all weapons. No magical power . Always first in to battle and last off the field. great at tracking as well. (reserved)

Lord of Volcanoes- hot headed but able to control the melting and cooling of any stone or metal. Also can control the flow of lava and with stand great amounts of heat.

Lady of Flying- Controls birds and all sort of flying animals except for dragons and fairies.

Lord of Night- Welds the Legendary Star blade. It can cut through almost everything with a single swipe but cannot be used for killing. Also can gaze into the future of a person for no longer than 4 min.

Master of the East Wind- Welds the powers of the eastern wind and Welds the Wind Saber.

King of Storms- Can conjure up a storm with one thought to either hurt their enemies or shield them selves

Master of Beasts- Has a number of willing animals that will fight or anything they wish for them to do.

Evil:
Only one can make up their own reincarnation.
