Danny looked at Ali and realized what he had just done. "Oops, sorry, I was hoping I would get a reaction out of him. I didn't mean it." He was quick to apologize, not wanting to make anyone mad at him. He looked around at all his owners. Would they let him go to see his family? They had to know that he would miss them.

He stareted thinking about how his parents would be reacting to this. They would probably think that he just ran away from home or snuck out to see his friends. They would wait for a day or two before even getting concerned. Would they call the cops? Maybe the cops would look all over the place and eventually find this place and us. He smiled at the thought, but then his smile disappeared at another. This place is crawling wih vampires, the cops wouldn't be able to help them, they would get eaten before they can do anything. A tear slid down his cheek. He would never see his family again.
