"He can come in, I don't mind," Westlyn murmured, closing her eyes. Yes, she was still in pain. No, it wasn't bad. It was much better than she expected. The healing had clearly done its job. The covers were nice and warm against her skin, which for some reason still hadn't warmed up. Maybe she was sick; that was the likely case. She had, after all, been beated up and thrown in the dirt more than twice that day. Her body probably wasn't used to her condition yet. Being a model was a great cover up job but it had taken its mark on her. She sighed and rubbed her eyes, looking out at the door. Another person had arrived. If she was right it was Cole, but due to her extreme lack of energy she couldn't be completely sure. "The other guy can come in as well," she added while taking a sip of water. Innocent was the plan she was going for. She did nothing wrong, she told herself. She was fighting to stop a fight... right? Or had something else driven her to intervene with the fight between the mutants and the MDI?
