Micheal's blood rage slowly crept back into his porthole, as it turned dangerously red. Before he charged into battle to help the colossal big daddy, he turned and patted Hope's cage with a huge hand reassuringly. Though Micheal's vision was coated with a red haze, he was still Micheal. He wanted her to know that. He continued to place both of his hands over his porthole, signifying that Hope might want to close her eyes for this fight. Micheal took his hands off of his porthole, and gave Yena a lingering gaze before charging to the large big daddies aid.

Micheal took up the mantle as the symbol of death all big daddies represented. He quickly attached his drill to his right arm, and gripped his Rivet gun held in his left. Micheal batted away one splicer with his drill arm, and continued to fire a deadly accurate rivet shot through a spider splicer's head. The splicer fell off of the huge big daddies back with a sickening crunch barely audible over the crazed screams of the rest of the splicers.

Micheal continued to dispatch splicers in this fashion by shooting any splicers trying to throw Molotovs at the other big daddy, while defending himself against any other splicers with his drill. Countless bodies began to pile up infront of Micheal before he had the sense to realize that this big daddy could prove hostile. His instincts had clouded his vision again when two more splicers charged. Micheal was quick to bash one in the head with his drill, spinning around to gain sufficient momentum to hit the other splicer on a back swing.

All the while Micheal was fighting, he trusted Yena, and James to cover his back.

While reloading his last rivet clip into his gun Micheal took the time to look up at the other big daddy in awe of the power it held when dealt a rather large amount of damage toward the Splicer horde. The enemy of my enemy is my friend This was all Micheal needed to continue his cover fire of the giant.
