(Hey people, im looking forward to rping with you all)
Desmond awake to the beeping of the clock beside him. Sighing heavily he turned over half way and hit the snooze.” looks like we’re late.” He said calmly to the woman in the bed beside him.
“You’re late, my classes are not until later in the day.” She said with a sweet and heavy sigh, “Could you make some tea before you go?”
He slid out of the bed, pulling on the school suit pants and under shirt as he headed to the door. “Sure, but you know, the only reason I’m going in early is to speak with the principal on our newest students.” He headed over to her side of the bed and sat next to her, bending low to kiss her forehead, “Don’t you think my assistant should be there for that?”
“Nope…”
“Right, Jasmine or Grey?”
“Jasmine please.”
Two hours later he was at the doorway of the classroom which was currently occupied by Demon and several other monsters. He also noticed one new comer, who he assumed to be a human. “Well, if you want to get into a discussion about which race is superior, Ms. Melantho, I can assure you the table won’t stay in your favor for long.” He added, entering the class room and heading over to the human, he had both hands in his pocket and was clearly fidgeting with something in his right hand. “After all, your race is trapped isn’t it. It is at the evolutionary peak, while humans will just get stronger and stronger as they evolve continuously. Eventually they will surpass all of the other races, in number and power. It’s not as though they couldn’t eliminate us all if they united, we aren’t invincible after all.” He added with a smile in his calm and learned voice. He was 19 years old now, but had gained a fair bit of wisdom from his years of study, “So I’ll ask you this, knowing that they are weak now but far stronger later, who do you think is truly superior?”
He walked over to the side of Amber and smiled, “Pleasure to meet you Miss, I’m Desmond Ruler. I hope you will enjoy your time here at this school and learn as much from us as we will from you.” He spoke confidently and warmly, but in truth, his words were empty.
(15 minutes prior, the Principal/Headmasters office) “This is outrageous; those humans won’t last a day here! All this will do is separate the student body more and provide lunch for some of our more radical monsters!” Desmond had argued, but the leader of the school simply said:
“Well if you feel that strongly, I suppose you should do your best to ensure that they don’t become lunch Mr. Ruler”
(Present) “You may have already found this to e a strange place, but you needn’t worry too much.” He drew his right hand from his pocket and placed a small glass rod on the desk before her, “If you ever find that you are in serious danger, just break this tube and help will arrive momentarily.” He bowed with a smile to her and turned to face the rest of the class, his eyes stern, his face in a frown. Saying nothing vocally but the message was clear, “watch your steps.” Was all he implied with that icy gaze, though he knew the stronger students would ignore him. After a few moments of intimidating he bowed to the teacher and walked out of the room.
