"As far as I am concerned, you are both State Alchemists already. I've seen some of the hardest men die because they did not have the right survival instincts for this line of work. Go on to the mess hall, relax a bit. When I have everything in order I'll find you and you can recieve your pocket watches, I'll explain things further there." Mustang says, looking both of them over. He then starts to walk past them, towards the main building. As he passes Issac he places a hand briefly on his shoulder, when he passes Kross he gives him a nod, and a smirk, having seen the slight contempt in his eyes when Issac finished the task in a shorter time. "Wilhelm will escort you there."

The man appears a moment later, saluting Mustang until the Fuhrer enters the building. He then looks at the two alchemists and shakes his head. "Looks like I've got a couple of kids to baby sit. Well, come on, it's time for lunch, don't want it to get cold." He says, waving the two over, then turning and leading them into the building and down the halls towards the mess hall. Along the way he points out a few rooms to them, such as the washroom, the door leading to the living quarters, training room, military library, and so on. when they reach the mess hall he salutes them, then turns on his heel and heads off to a table.

"Well, this had been a very interesting day..." Issac says with a sigh. All this time he has kept his left hand in the deep pocket of his jacket, what's left of it. "I'm not really hungry, I'm just going to take a seat, excuse me." He then nods to Kross and makes his way over to a table, not woried right now as to wether or not he will join him at the same table. When he reaches an empty table he lays his bag down on it, then takes off his jacket and lays it on the table as well. Reaching into the back he takes out a few sheets of paper and lays them out on the table, then draws a transmutation circle on one of them. He uses this circle to turn the paper into cloth, and repair his jacket.

Mustang makes hiw way through the halls to Tali's office. All state Alchemists now have their own offices at Central, another reasons for the expansions, where they may keep and preform any further research while at Central. Many of them didn't really use them for anything more than a quiet place to retreat to. He couldn't be sure if he would fine her there or not, so when he reaches the office door he knocks, then calls out her name.
