Midnight looked away. "I see..." It was fast becomming obvious why the cat had brought him a present; he acted as though they weren't cats, but people. It was completely illogical...but she wasn't going to argue it. Not when he and his friends were letting them stay a while. "I can only hope Kiki doesn't come back before we leave, then; I don't need her attacking myself or my sister's while I'm sick. I would imagine she would attack for anything, really, though..." She glanced at the window when she saw him look, to see if there was anything of interest, but there wasn't really. So she looked back at the ceiling. There was still something about these guys...that just didn't seem normal. Being awake in the middle of the night was one of them. They didn't even look as tired as she felt.
