Raine was tired; a few days of walking was more than she was used to. But she wasn't willing to be left behind, and so she forced herself to keep up. She paused, glancing around when something felt off. She bit her lip, watching the kurag. One went after Nathaniel, and the other went after her. She took a step back, hesitantly pulling out an arrow. Her last one, really, but she couldn't just sit there. Nethaniel did try to help her out, trying to distract him, but there were two to deal with, and he couldn't take both on his own. She shot the arrow at the kurag that had come after her, aimed for the head, hoping to take it out quickly. "Now what..." she mumbled to herself, backing away.
