She stiffened, though, when they talked about leaving her and Nathaniel behind. He was going to try to fight on his own? Not that she didn't trust him to be able to fight, but she knew it would worry the both of them if they stayed behind. She bit her lip, leaning back a little. She wanted to argue, but perhaps arguing against this one would only bring a bit of trouble for her. She was out of arrows, and had no other methid of defending herself if she upset him too much. Though she had to wonder how Chris would attempt to change fate. It sounded rather impossible, anyway.
