Daen let out a smirk at her hidden threat and even dared to poke her head when she began manipulating the shadows again.

"Evil, right... like you're the only one," he said with a chuckle. "Anyway, I tend to play to my strengths while I'm here. I take hunting, combat and singing classes. I'm not half bad either if I say so myself."

With another infectious grin, Daen draped an arm around Zmey's shoulders. For some reason this gesture seemed more than just familiar; it almost seemed protective, as if he thought this one gesture would rid her of her reason for messing with the shadows of others. Still, Daen ruined the effect by annoyingly poking at her cheek.

"So, what about you? What classes are you taking?"
