As he felt her teeth sink into his skin, Daen had to bite hard to keep from screaming. His hands gripped her shoulders, sharp claws not even being slowed by the frabric of her clothes. Those same claws sank into her skin as he gripped fitfully, trying not to make a sound. Even still, a harsh, cat-like hiss managed to escape his lips. Still, through it all he didn't pull away. He held still and allowed Zmey to drink her fill and when she was done he all but collapsed against her, breathing hard.

This moment of weakness didn't last long though. After just a second he was back on steady legs and quickly tending to the punctures on his neck, returning to full invisibility again. A quick moment of silence passed, building nervous tension.

"Hey, what are friends for, right?" he asked, his voice upbeat if a bit strained. He suddenly chuckled. "Aw, damn. I just realized... you just stole my first kiss!"

He laughed at his little joke before hugging her shoulders again and leading her to her dorm, after dumbly asking which one it was of course.
