"Hey... you alright? Do you wanna sit down for a bit?" Valoel was startled as she looked up at the girl who had spoken.
This was the first time she talked to a human. "I.." she smiled. "I would love that..thankyou" she replied to the invitation to come inside. Speaking in human tongue was also new to her so her accent sounded very foreign. She looked down at her clothes, muddy and damp as she followed the waitress inside the bar. She stepped lightly and close behind her, insecure. As the girl was the first person she had met.. she felt more comfortable trailing behind her like a lost pup.

"How about next to him? It's the only seat I have to offer at the moment that's not disrupting the seating order." The waitress said. Valoel smiled sweetly at her before wiping away the slight sweat on the girl's face. She then placed her thumb on the waitress' forehead gently. "Your kindness shall be rewarded.." she said softly before returning her hand to her side. Valoel had very little power now but she had to repay her in some way for taking her in despite her ruined clothes. She had used her ability as the Angel of Peace to help the human. Tomorrow the human would wake up with a lovely serene feeling of inner peace.
She smiled again, now returning her attention to the man seated at the table she was directed to sit at. She stood there for some time analysing the human. She could sense some conflict within the mortal. She sat down at a chair, her gaze not leaving his face as she tried to solve him. Like a riddle. But the answers just weren't coming. She spotted a menu on the table and held it up vertically, ducking a little to hide her face and attempt to read the words humans applied in their daily lives. This was a bit of an adventure.
